It was 100% working until it was 80% working
I use this bag basically to carry my stuff to and from work, or if I’m taking my motorcycle, carries my drinks, earbuds, some flashlights and usually my plastic wear and lunch, so definitely not under strenuous use like other reviewers, for me this did the trick, unfortunately where it fell short for me was the zipper above the Milwaukee logo failed so that pocket no longer closes, not too sure when it happened, don’t know why, because that pocket only has my earbuds and some ear plugs in it, but nonetheless it did. Now, like I said, for me, this backpack does the trick, but that zipper is critical for me especially when I’m on a motorcycle, I will consider buying it again thought because everything else is still functional.

Good backpack with decent storage but zipper tore
I had this backpack for 2 years and the storage capacity is good and all of my tools fit inside with no problems. The base & the shoulder straps are durable but not the zipper.
Looking at other reviews it seems like this front zipper is always the first to tear.
I called the Milwaukee Tool near me to claim warranty & they said backpacks are only warrantied for 1 year so I'm out of luck. The limited lifetime warranty they advertise is not true.

Every MILWAUKEE backpack is warranted to the original purchaser from an authorized MILWAUKEE distributor only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, MILWAUKEE will repair or replace any backpacks which, after examination, is determined by MILWAUKEE to be defective in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the backpack. Return the product to a MILWAUKEE factory Service Center location freight prepaid and insured, is required. A copy of the proof of purchase should be included with the return product. This warranty does not apply to damage that MILWAUKEE determines to be from, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents. - Milwaukee Tool, Social Team

torn zipper
i use this bag to tote my tools around the 3, 10 story buildings i do HVAC maintenance for and i love it, its way better than the cart i used to roll around. my girlfriend gave it to me in may for my birthday and ive used it every workday since. about a month ago the zipper started to rip where the front flap anchors to it and its getting worse all the time. great design but that strap should definitely not anchor on the same seam the zipper does.

Won't purchase again
Zippers have all failed after a little over a year of use. Thought milwaukee was better quality. Disapointed. Hoping this falls under warranty for fixing.

Zipper fails
I've got this backpack just over a year. I was happy with it until recently, the front zipper just failed at the stitch line. I think it would not survive until the end of the year.

Need a little help here
After purchasing this backpack I was excited because I have always loved the Milwaukee line of products. After only a few months of use, the stitching on the zipper has come undone and it has made it very difficult to access tools and fully use the rear storage pocket. I've never really had any issues with previous backpacks that I have purchased so I am disappointed that this has happened. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence and just an isolated quality control incident.

Do not buy. Not worth the headache.
My wife got this for me on Christmas of 2022, I’ve used it everyday since, thought it was really special until the zipper ripped, usable for just a little while longer, then the wire from the zipper got caught, and ripped up the wires. The whole tool storage part is useless now.

Excelent Product
I am using this backpack everyday
Strong and reliable product
At the end of the week I am "feeding" the zippers with wax
I am washing this backpack with gore-tex detergent, and I dry it without "showing" him to sun

I would advise against buying this.
The design is great but the materials used are poor. I had mine less then two months and the sides ripped out.

Good backpack but stitching wears out quick
Bought this product under a year ago. Really like it as it lets me carry my tools from job site to job site. Within about 6 month the stitching on the main flap has come undone and is now allowing tools to fall out. For the price of this product and the brand name this should not be happening

I had high hopes….
I had high hopes for this bag. Several of my coworkers had Milwaukee bags, and said nothing but good things about it. I decided to take the plunge and purchase this bag, however after only a few months of light usage the strap for the back pouch completely ripped off. Pretty disappointed as my other much cheaper Amazon bags seem to hold up better than these.

Not up to Milwaukee Quality
Had this bag for about a year used casually on weekends and unfortunately like a lot of the other reviews it blew out around the zipper. Took it in to the Milwaukee service centre for warranty and said they couldn’t warranty it without original receipt. Not the quality or customer care I hoped to expect from Milwaukee.

2 months old zipper is broken
I am a regional Facility maintenance director for healthcare facilities in il. I recieved mine as a gift Christmas 2022, the zipper has already failed with in a month. Out of hundreds of dollars of packout and milwaukee tools, this bag has quickly become my most used but was very short lived, hopefully I can get it replaced under warranty.

Much better than a traditional tool bag.
It's great to have both hands free to carry other equipment while carrying my tools. Also takes the stress off my body moving things onto a site so I'm not already tired before work even starts. You need to be careful how you organize it or the front will keep falling into the backpack and makes it hard to open. So keep heavy items on the side closest to your back or on the bottom.. Fits everything I need and then some.

Another Broken Zipper
After a few months of use, the zipper also started to fray and separate on mine much like all the other reviews I've been reading. This seems to be a endemic problem with this model, i suppose.Pretty disappointing, as i like it otherwise, but it's only gotten worse over time.

High hopes, great potential but Poor Durability
I am an outdoor (Plein air) painter and use this to carry my art materials to sites. I bought this pack end of May 2022 for my month long overseas painting trip. It held my supplies perfectly.
It still looks brand new EXCEPT the seam began to fray at the zipper. I am hoping Milwalkee will honor their warranty. If not, then its just a loss. Would not buy another, sadly.

Month old bag already giving out
Had this bag for about 4 months and the lining by the zipper is already blown out.
Bought the same bag 3 years ago and never had this problem. Must be a drop in production quality

Not sure if I would give this product another try!
The spacing is great but I have to say within the first few weeks of having this jobsite backpack it started to rip right by the top pocket underneath the zipper! Have to say I’m very disappointed! I own several Milwaukee tools and are of top quality. Too bad I can’t say that about this product!

I would buy again IF they fix the zipper issue!
I love everything about the backpack except for the zipper seam quality. As you can see below the zipper has ripped out stitching from the front portion of the bag. I've had two Klein Tools backpacks do this exact same thing so that's why I switched to Milwaukee since with all other tools of theirs I've always been content with the quality. Was delivered to my house June 2nd and started using it for work immediately after that date. Not even 3 months of use and I'm having this nightmare issue again.
