Excellent on newer pipe but anything that has been exposed to the outdoors our aged a couple of years is too brittle and simply cracks ? that being said this is not the fault of the tool !!! It is a great time saver that cuts cleanly!!! I love it !!!!!!!

Had guys 50 foot in the air and building has no lights. They could clip or use magnet to set this on a column while welding up HSS steel. They said its way better then trying to run cords up to working location. Magnet can pick up a 5 pound metal weight so is stronger then I expected.

Thought the item would be brighter and it is not as compact as another option a co-worker uses.

The tool works and performs as advertised.
