This Ratchet is nice quality and makes jobs much quicker and easier. Just wish it was a little cheaper, seems a bit pricey.

I've been working with these cordless ratchets for a couple years at work. Finally bought a set of my own. I've never had a problem with them. They always work when I grab them. I do have to remember to lock the switch when I put them up for the day.

Seems to be a quality tool consistent with the Milwaukee brand, but I’ve yet to really use it so I only gave it 4 stars for now.

Used product in packages and the store would not take back even with the receipt. I am very upset I spent almost 400.00 and cannot get an exchange or refund. I wasted hours in the store with my receipt and the products in the boxes and didn’t get any real help or value from the store or customer service
