Expectations was I was really surprised great tool it’s really handy I like it a lot… I had it for 2-3 days but it didn’t work out for me or my job I needed more power and for battery to last longer but great product

Funny story...I went to HD to buy the brushed 3/8" version of this. Eventhough they were supposed to have 7 in stock, none were found. The gentleman helping me gave me this model because it's what was in stock. I used it the first time to remove my truck seat from my Silverado. This thing laughed the entire time. No problems whatsoever getting the bolts out or back in. I used it for some other tasks and it seems like a quality tool. Hope it lasted.

The detent ball was too loose and sockets, kept falling off of it
