The drain cleaner worked fantastic

Did not work with steel pipe. It didn't go through the 90 degree fitting. waste of time and $400. Ended up using drain king for $12.99 and it unclogged my drain. Do not use on older houses.

Good product, I think it's a bit on the heavy side but I like it a lot.

As a licensed plumber, I can vouch that this machine is AMAZING for lav drains and tub drain. Better than any hand or drill snake out there.

I've only used this Snake around 20ish times since I bought it. Have had it maybe a few months now. There's a few major design issues with it that need to be corrected before it's good enough for professional use. Major issues - 1 - The bucket-style container REALLY needs some kinda drain in the bottom, preferably with a removable plug to the side. Otherwise the water dripping from the machine builds up there and rusts the end of the cable, and also creates a very humid environment inside the sealed case, which is likely very bad for both machine and battery. 2 - The feed head is just very poorly designed and difficult to use. In fact it recently stopped working all-together, and cannot even be moved back and forth. Before that, it had a very poor grip on the cable. It's hard to believe considering the machine only has to feed in one direction(it won't retrieve cable unless the machine is set to spin in reverse). Minor issues - 3 - The bucket should be at least a smidgeon taller, so that larger battery types can stay attached to the machine and have the lid still be able to close. 4 - Given how much free space is on the bottom side of the bucket, a storage place for drain cleaning gloves would be nice, or other small tools used for drain jobs. The bucket is mostly just a lot of wasted space, I'm not even sure what the point of having it is currently. Honestly this is making me really question buying any other Milwaukee drain machines, and until this was considering purchasing the larger models.

Very satisfying clean and hassle free great buy also easy to store

I had been working on a stubborn plumbing issue on the main line...UGH! After 15 to 20 minutes it cleared up with no problems!! It worked and worked well.

Highly impressed with the ease of use of this tool. It is much easier to use this than you standard drain cleaning machine. My only complaint would be the 2.0 ah battery that comes with the unit. But who am I kidding, I’m a Milwaukee Fan Boy with at least ten 5.0 ah batteries.

Received the auger and the locking mechanism is messed up. The cable will not feed back into the auger drum without manually feeding it back in. Should have went with a heavier model such as the general power vee.

The drill is very simple for someone with very little experience to use. I would highly recommend.

Definitely a well-made/well-built machine, It was really easy to use and figure out, definitely would’ve liked it a-lot more if it was a 75’ instead of a 35’, I would definitely recommend this for small jobs!!

Works great wish there was a better kit to pick from

It seems to do the job, but honestly, the case could really use some improvements, such as allowing for other milwaukee batteries, and and a way to drain the bottom of it because water builds up there. Also, the snake's feeding mechanism leaves a lot to be desired.

Low maintenance. Way better than carrying around a heavy auger for smaller applications
