Works well! I installed this fan in a covered patio area. It has 3 speeds, and reverses direction with the switch on the housing. Installation instructions were clear. Operates without wobble or movement. The remote function operates well also. I may have preferred a little faster speed on the highest speed however…

They do not work well at all. Hardly move air at all sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Awful

This ceiling fan specification states that it is rated for outdoor/damp location; yet the "Brushed Nickel" finish rusted through on the metal housings in less than 2 years. If i had known that the finish wasn't rated for outdoors, i would have never purchased these.

I installed two MinkaAir Roto fans in the kitchen / dining room area of my house. I used 24" extensions due to the high ceilings. The fans are very quiet and move a lot of air. Even at high speed there is zero wobble or movement other than the fan blades. They run at low speed most of the time. The air movement noticeably helps even out temperatures in the house. MinkaAire makes quality fans.

I put 3 of these outside on our roof covered pergolas. They make a lot of air flow, look great with the black roof and black accents. Bob Villa recommended them too.

Literally the fan doesn't go nearly fast enough. For as much air as it says it pushes we do not find it to do so. Our indoor fans go that fast on medium and it's on high. We are actually trying to figure out the return process because for this money it should provide more.

I still love the looks and ease of use, but both fans I bought are covered in rust after a single summer.

It doesn’t turn as fast as most fans. So the fastest speed may seem like it’s on medium. I did learn that the motor will last longer and built better than the average fan motor. We preferred durability, so this was the perfect fan for us.

There was no one to install it from HD and the extension pole didn’t match fan.

Worked nicely last summer and fall when installed in our outdoor patio. Didn't work this spring when I plugged it in.

Bought 1.5 years ago for a screened porch. Fan looks great but we’ve only used it one summer season & now there’s a point of resistance as the fan rotates & it makes a noise with each blade rotation.

The fan looks nice and works well. Wish the remote looked a little sleeker, or the fan came included with a wall switch to change the speeds.

We've had these fans on our outdoor pergola for a few months now. The looks are exactly as expected and they are easy to operate through the remote. The problem is: they don't put out a lot of air. In fact, even on full blast (level 3) they are incredibly weak. We'll see how they hold up in the summer but I see a replacement in the near-term horizon.

Just what we hoped for - efficient and almost silent; it really works well.

Installed 2 fans in 2017 and they have run almost continuously since without any problems. The lowest speed moves the air without the usual “hurricane “ you get from most other fans. We really like them. Just what we needed for “off grid living.

Very nice fan , works good for price . Even the best outdoor ceiling fan isn’t perfect. I’m a builder and I recommend this fan

One fan came with a bad capacitor and called to see what to do. I had to call to get the part and install myself. No rebate! I wouldn't buy anything from this company again

Was exactly what I was expecting. Very easy to install and great feature with the remote control. Only thing I wish was the high speed for the fan was faster. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Even at the lowest speed the motor hum is quite loud, much more so at higher speeds. The remote worked intermittently. While the fan looks very nice, because of the loud motor it is unsuitable for me. Fortunately Home Depot is very good with returns, which is what I did. Still, it's a hassle to have to install then uninstall, package and return to the store.

The fan is easy to install and looks amazing. Keeps my living room nice and cool

Great looking outdoor fan but, it doesn’t put out a lot of air. Had it installed on a small patio with lower ceilings and can barely feel it on highest speed when sitting down. Love the look, color ,and the remote control feature but as far as air output ,not so much. Not sure if it is because just has three blades as opposed to five. Already have 2 of the Hampton Bay remote control fans that were unfortunately out of stock. Wish I had waited for restock and installed that instead.

Overall a nice fan. The remote unit that is mounted at the electric box makes that step the hardest of the installation. It takes up a lot of room, but it does fit.

I had a professional installation and he had no problems. They work well and look great! I especially like the remotes.

Purchased as an outdoor (deck) fan. Right size for the application...moves a lot of air, quietly and effectively. Excellent appearance - understated and attractive. Good value for the money. Highly recommend.
