Very nice shoe rack. We assembled it without the second shelf to use the bottom shelf for taller shoes and boots. Overall the initial quality is nice and the whole thing assembled well. The corner joints are plastic and the poles are wrapped sheet metal (not seamless tubes). Some of the corner pieces were "short shots" and were not completely molded but I saved those for the top.

Great quality, very sturdy. Better on a hardwood floor however I have it in carpet and the stability is still very good. Easy to put together and hits 20 pairs of shoes/heels perfectly

Reasonably strong. Holds most sneakers, but high tops / high heels are tight fit. Make sure all the connections are tight. You may have to put a leveling coaster under I the front legs to make sure it leans to the wall to prevent tipping. I would buy again.

This was exactly what I needed. I cut some of the bars and stacked others, to accommodate the various sizes of boots I have - and then strapped it to the wall using cable straps, for stability. It's perfect.

Lightweight and easy to put together. Nothing pretty to look at, but I bought it to use in my closet.

I bought this shoes rack and put it in my garage. So now my shoes are pretty organized. I loved it and highly recommend it.

The shelf feels primarily plastic rather than metal and feels flimsy. I wanted this for my garage because my mother and I own a lot of shoes. I am afraid that the cloth "shelves" will rip under the weight of my high heels and boots. It does have a lot of room for the shoes, however and the price was tempting enough for me to buy it. It would probably work better inside your home (closet, mudroom, etc) rather than in a garage. Hopefully it stays stable for the next year or two.

i just received mine, and i'm really disappointed.it might be a good product for the price but no good for heavy usage! first of all it's smaller than what i thought; the name of this item is misleading, 20 pairs! it hardly can keep 12 pairs of adult shoes ! it's not that sturdy and you can bend it easily or even by mistake. I think the joining plastic parts won't hold up temperature changes ! i'm thinking to return it.

I've had my rack for 3 years. If I could go back I wouldn't purchase this again. The brackets that hold each row of shoes has broken in multiple spots. At first it was amazing and held so many shoes. Now it's held by duck tape and is barely making it.

A tad bit unsteady, but cant be beat for the price. Functions well, especially when tethered to a wall

It did what I needed it to do, it's a little flimsy but it's doing its job. It was a low price so you cant expect a metal rack. Its working for me , I purchased 2.
