Water was still leaking from the pipe even after I covered with the tape.

Very, very sticky tape. Heavy foil base makes very secure patches or seals. So far this has been very durable in both interior and exterior applications. It can be tough to separate the backer from the tape, but you can use a sharp knife to separate them.

Tape worked great. Easy to use and a was the rite choice for quick fix.

Used it to reconnect my dryer pipes.

I used this to help seal some heat/ac floor vents. This did a good job of sticking to the sheet metal (after I cleaned it off). Now I have much less air loss around the vents!

Great permanent adhesion to dry sheet metal; does not adhere when damp.

It does not work on a pin hole pipe leak at all. All it does is spread the leak out. In fact once on makes it harder to take it off to actually repair the pipe.

Doesn't stick to anything. Certainly not waterproof. Don't waste your time and money.
