Ordering these two runners was a problem from the initial order. Instead of two runners, 8' and 10', the vendor shipped one 18' runner. When the 10' runner arrived, I was told that the 8' runner was on backorder and not available. A few days later, I was notified that both runners WERE available. The runners I received are NOT the beautiful red color shown above. The runners are a dark wine color. It does not match my décor. Of all of the products I have ordered from Home Depot, this experience is the worst.

Only have had these runners(2) for about two weeks and have been fully satisfied with quality, design, performance, and texture. Really feels great to walk on. Durability appears to be excellent. Overall the price matched the product well.

I won't deny that the quality of the carpet runner is good. But the color is not true. It is listed as red on the web site and so I ordered it thinking that it was indeed red. It is, however, a shade of burgundy which matches nothing else in the house. Very disappointing and even more disappointing is the fact that even though misinformation is on the web site for ordering there is no refunding or exchanging since it was a special order item. Very deceiving and disappointing.

Runner was beautiful, but the backing very slippery. Wouldn't hold to the standard gripper on hardwood floors. Eventually used the removable sticking tape strips, which worked perfectly.

Sturdy, thick & comfortable to walk on. Very happy with my purchase.

Had 7 Runners cut to size. When picked up all the runners were exactly as we ordered. Thanks.

Needed an odd-length runner - precut ones would not fit. Found this one by the foot. Very pleasantly surprised when it got here - very plush-feeling. Similarly priced carpets at other stores are much thinner - this has a distinct crush-feel as you step on it. Needed carpet tape to anchor it down, which is common. This arrived very quickly and was cut exactly to length. The cut ends were nicely finished. Very pleased!

I ordered a 10 foot length and a 2 foot which came as one 12 foot length even after reviewing this several times with the person taking my order. Lesson learned - do not order product like this over phone. Local home depot will not take back as a return
