I bought this because my cat likes to lay on my legs while I watch tv and this table is a softer top so it doesn't have hard edges. A coaster or tray is best for drinks.

Awesome Ottoman! This is a really great ottoman or coffee table alternative. I used it to replace a glass top coffee table that was not safe for my toddler. This bench is so soft and a much safer alternative. It has a wonderful modern look and can be used in multiple applications. It has rubber feet to help prevent sliding which is a nice feature. It was very easy to install and arrived in perfect condition. The manufacturer went to extreme measures to protect the ottoman from damage in transit. Every metal piece was wrapped in protective cloth. I put it together in about 20 minutes but it could be done quicker without toddler interference. I highly recommend this as a coffee table alternative or bench for use in any room.

Great Ottoman!I like the light brown color and softness of the faux leather. The design is sleek and modern and goes perfectly in our living room. The bench is comfy to sit and can be used as a bench to sit on or as a center piece coffee table. The bench came in only a few pieces and was easy to install. However, I would recommend using a drill to help connect the top piece of the bench to the metal frame.

Holy, Style! Nelson by Nathan James delivers a stylish contemporary leather ottoman. The modern design with black iron frame worked perfectly for our space. Easy assembly, even my 2-year old helped. The leather top feels quality and has a good thickness to it. The accent stitching brings a polished feel to the ottoman. Over all on the tad heavy side because of the frame but that doesn't hinder the product at all, actually makes it more sturdy IMO. Nathan James has a complete collection of furniture that compliment each other, we paired this Nelson ottoman with Nelly side table shown in the last photo.

The over all construction of the coffee table is of great with its inch metal square tubing. Very strong but not overly heavy. It took be 20 min to put together with out reading the instructions. I wish the top piece could of been just leather but the quality of the material is top notch. I have nothing bad to say about this table at all. The shipping that was assembled the rally cared with all pieces wrapped in a cloth material so nothing would scratch while being shipped to the home owner.

The ottoman is beautiful, well constructed, easy to assemble and a good price compared to similar products elsewhere. It was a nice refresh to our livingroom decor.

Love the style and sturdiness of the piece. The seem did start to separate but the manufacturer took care of the problem and sent me out a new one. They have a lifetime guarantee I just sent a picture of the issue and they resolved it immediately.
