Builder used it on our house to chalk the concrete siding - I used it same way on the matching She-Shed. Really tough stuff - would have no problem using in place of construction adhesive its bond is so strong. Using it now for another shed.

A little expensive, but worked great! Water was leaking around an intrusive pipe that comes through a poured concrete wall.. Used this sealant to seal the intrusive pipe. Easy to use, no more water seeping into my work room! Yea!

QuadMax is one of our preferred brands because of its durability, longevity and ease of use. The detachable snout makes it easy to store in a truck or tool box. The slice off the top opening means you don’t have to use the puncture rod on your caulk gun. I love that because it makes the job so much cleaner. QuadMax has claimed to have improved their clear to last for years. Time will tell, but either way this is a great product and worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this product to seal several areas in my basement and around exterior windows. The product worked great and provided a smooth and seamless seal. For my application, I used the "clear" color which provided the look I was going for. The adhesive seems extremely strong and really holds everything in place while waterproofing at the same time. Odor was minimal. If using on cold days, I would suggest warming to room temperature in order to get a smooth and steady flow. Very pleased and will be getting more to finish up the never-ending to do list.

Dispensed great and didn’t drip like crazy. Was easy to smooth on and dried quickly. I was able to paint the same day. I will be switching to this brand for all my home improvement needs.

After using OSI Quad Max, I will not use any other caulking products. I used this product on a siding installation during cold, wet weather and had such great results. I was very pleased with the smooth finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a product that I could apply in the rain. Quad Max worked great. We sealed a leak along a masonary wall where it met a metal window frame in a light rain. The window was leaking and it stopped. Thanks OSI

when you get it out of the tube it does what it says 3 out of 12 unusable... broke seal but would not flow out except from the bottom... ruined caulk gun definitely for pro use only... unless you like working with marshmallow cream like sticky mess that can only be cleaned up with mineral spirits

We inherited a caulked deck (never wouldn't have caulked if I'd built it myself...!). Not too pretty now, but this repair will get us through the winter, and then we'll finish stripping the paint next spring and stain the deck. The space below is staying dry so far. Fingers crossed! Strongly advise using a power caulk gun to apply, as it's stiff and thick.

This is absolutely incredible. I applied it on all of my windows, outside, because my other sealant had failed and there were leaks. This was easy to apply. It is extremely durable. And I know that it’ll last awhile. Thank you!

Best all around caulk I’ve found yet. Same as the regular OSI brand caulks just cures much faster.

Great product. Do not buy DAP it shrinks. OSI keeps the shape and easy to work with.

Traveled 1 hr round trip to get Quad Max OSI as I figured it would be fresh. Wrong. Could not peirce the tube with multiple piercers and even trying to hammer in in. Nope. Dry as rock even on second tube. Returned all 4 and got refunded. Told them to throw it out. Waste of time . Have used this before without problems. ???

It worked out well to seal the PVC window surround to the window.

There was a hole in the tube. It did not cone out of the spout, but out of the hole in the tube

I was using it in 80 degree weather but in spite of that, the caulk would barely come out of the tube no matter how large I made the nozzle opening. Using a high quality caulk gun. Took over an hour to run a 1/4 in bead 5 feet. Could not find an expiration date on the tube. Ended up throwing it away with over 3/4 tube left. Not worth my time to drive 40 miles and stand in line to try to get it exchanged.

So far so good. No complains. Appears initially to work as advertised on the tube. Definitely a clear caulk; definitely.

Worked great sealing up and electrical outlet hole in bird bath.

Application was clear and drying was within manufactures stated time frame. Adhesion was superior to comparative protects utilized thus far.

Caulking is very thick and hard to get out of tube. Caulking gun ended up breaking through the plastic bottom causing a complete mess and ruining the gun. Taking this stuff back to Home Depot for a refund and getting something much easier to work with.
