Luggage cracked open on my first use, see photo. Followed manufacturer instructions and submitted a claim some time ago. Despite my numerous follow-ups they do not respond back. I took a gamble with this brand and company and lost my money. I could not find any US office or presence and only a contact in China. Don't throw your money away like I did.

One of three bags has manufacturing defects, can barely close the zipper.

Stay away!! Olympia Denmark cases are the worst, poorly designed wheels! Pieces fell off of the suitcase wheels when moved and then it was like pushing erasers for wheels. See attached pictures Had to buy a replacement suitcase out of the country just to get from hotel to shuttle to check-in at airport and to continue our family trip! Out of pocket for these "Denmark" suitcases and also out of pocket $130 for the replacement case . Home Depot will not handle any returns for these poorly designed suitcases once they are broken, but instead referred us to Olympia USA. Olympia wants me to "include a check or money order made out to "Olympia International, Inc." for $30 shipping and handling for any parts or replacements sent" in addition this is their "Warranty": Olympia International, Inc. "does not warrant that it will be able to repair any product under this warranty or provide a replacement product that meets all the characteristics and functionalities of the original product." Which means there is no warranty! Totally useless purchase!

Well I've ordered this luggage 3 times from two different companies and had to return all three sets. I had the same issue with all three and I'm wondering if the issue is only with the black luggage since I haven't seen any reviews about it. All three orders that I received had broken handles on the smallest piece. Either the handle wouldn't stay up or it wouldn't completely go back down. Luggage is nice looking but lining is very thin and zippers are flimsy. It may not be a big deal to some but I don't want to have issues out of the box. I just returned the third set and I noticed that the price went from $110 to $500!!! Not worth either in my opinion. Beware of the reviews, most are saying that they haven't used it but it looks nice. There are very few reviews that are good after use... Good luck!

The description says color is wine, but is more ruby red. Really pretty! 100% ABS plastic but not stiff and textured to look like fabric . Very classy looking. You can actually expand the width by unzipping for when you just need that tiny extra bit of space. The carry on piece has a hidden compartment to stash a laptop or tablet, however, I don't find this convenient because you need to half open the case to expose this compartment. If you are a child of the 50's you may remember a big name brand that shows a group of gorillas abusing luggage and they emerge unscathed. Well, I'm not too sure the casters will survive the luggage handlers of the new millinium! The casters sit on the corners of the case not under. And because they add 3" to the height , they require more space in overhead compartments. There is a big tag boasting ISO standards, so I know Olympia Denmark is committed to following a quality standard. Measurements: L: 25 x 19 x 11 inches M: 22 x 16 x 10 inches S: 15 x 14 x 9 inches My concern for the casters is the reason I gave 4 stars . Otherwise, this is a very impressive set of luggage!

Loss of a star is due to the small casters, at times they slip through the cracks and can be difficult to navigate. Also the zippers are pretty small to me. Feel flimsy. I love the storage space inside and the zipper pouches. Great touch. The largest piece of luggage has plenty of storage space and a hidden pouch for additional storage. My items inside the luggage was well protected

Great modern set of luggage. Constructed out of 100% ABS which is great for impact resistance and very light. The weights of each suitcase are 7 lbs, 8 lbs, and 9.5 lbs. I like the design of this luggage and the extra features that add to their ease of handling. There is a grip handle on the bottom and side bumpers to help with impact resistance. Each suitcase has 4 wheel spinners that allow for free movement in all directions. The design follows the modern trends in materials and wheels spinners. The smallest suitcase is common carry on size and is great for weekend trips. It even has a hidden compartment inside the expandable area of the suitcase. Each suitcase is expandable. There is an interior divider that creates two separate compartments. An internal zippered divider with shoe pockets and a mesh zip pocket is another feature of this set. There is also a detachable clear vinyl 3-1-1 wet zip pouch. Bright color options allows for easy spotting of your luggage on the baggage carousel. Carry on dimensions are 21" x 14 (3700 cu. in). The next size up is 25 x 17 (5100 cu. in). The largest suitcase is 29 x 19 (7500 cu in). They stack inside each other for easy storage. They have a limited 10 year warranty.

The Denmark 3 piece ABS Expandable hardcase spinner is a gorgeous luggage set that hopefully will endure the harsh handling of baggage handlers and machines to last several overseas travels we plan on going this year. Can't wait to use it when we fly to Miami and embark on a cruise next month. We've been mainly using hardcase spinner luggages for the last 6 years and this Olympia - Denmark ABS hardcase is our third set so far. It's virtually impossible to travel domestic or international and have your luggage escape some type of scratch or minor dents. Just hoping that a major crack or wheels breaking off can be avoided. Perfect time to get a new one since our daughter took our last set for her travel excursions. Carry on has a "hidden" compartment for laptops or whatever one prefers to pack inside that extra compartment. Luv that's it's lightweight, spinner wheels makes maneuvering thru airports easier and of course the red color will make it easy for me to recognize our bags while waiting for it in baggage claim. Would have been nice if they included in the design a built in TSA approved locking mechanism, otherwise I am delighted with my new luggage set.

This product turned out to be exactly what I needed after a year of "social distancing". The 3 piece set holds everything I need to travel. It's not bulky and very easy to store>

This set us good, the weigh is much when traveling, don't overload, protect clothes from water

They were perfect for flying. Fit the overhead compartment. Expanded to accommodate all my souvenirs I had to bring home, too! Live them! They could have come with attachable name tags, though.

Good product for the price. Slider part of the zipper broke on the inside compartment; hwever, I am still able to use the zipper.

The luggage looks trustworthy. The set was a gift therefore due to Covid-19, travel is temporarily band and cannot test the endurance.

The Olympia USA DENMARK 3-Piece ABS Expandable Hardcase Spinner a great set. It's roomy and attractive. It has smooth rolling wheels, is light-weight with easy grip handles. It has exceeded my expectations!! Recommend!!
