I can't get the air out of the lines and...
I can't get the air out of the lines and it vibrates. I'm ripping this thing out

Trapped air in the automatic shut-off valve (ASO valve) can cause this valve to vibrate when the system starts to filter water. The trapped air will usually dissipate by itself as the system is used, but there are steps help remove the trapped air faster. we ordered these but we have not had to use...
we ordered these but we have not had to use them yet, so I really can't say too much about them. We do have the system and we are very happpy with how our water is tastimg now, we wern't able to drink it until we got this system.

No one can explain to me why the system has a vibrating sound for up to 5 seconds when dispensing...
No one can explain to me why the system has a vibrating sound for up to 5 seconds when dispensing water. Even talked to tech at Olympia got no solution. My old system was a NSA that never had this issue. Had it for 31 years. Had to replace it because filter company for it went out of business. So sad! Noise is intrusive and vibration will likely cause an issue down the road, e.g. loosen connection, water leaks?
