The insulation was great the customer service was Poor. 24" was not stocked in the store so I had to order on line and pick it up. I could only get it in a 8 bundle pallet on line. I needed 6 bundles. I was told I could bring the 2 back to the store when I picked them up. When I tried to return them the manager told me he had no way to credit the 2 so my project profit sits in storage.

As usual, a good quality products. Easy to bring to my crawl space, no mess in the house. As indicated on the wrapping, safety gear are essential.

How can you really rate insulation? I wrapped it around my well housing.
