Not impressed
Very weak product, not easy to attache to floor, hardly feels like it will provide any significant value. This price has to be wrong as I believe I paid a 10th of this costs for 20 of them. Better products out there, I have not seen it yet thought.

Not worth the money
I bought 9 of these to cover my recessed lights before adding blow-in insulation. They are very flimsy and difficult to install in an existing batt-insulated attic. Of course crawling around any attic is a pain, but you have to pull the batting back pretty far from the lights to get the cover fully opened. Then you are supposed to tape it to your old drywall. That is also a pain as the surface is dusty and the tape doesn't want to stick. Also the covers keep wanting to collapse as you try to stick the tape down. Also, they are fairly tall, like 30" so you can't use them with limited clearance to the roof even if you can crawl back there. You also have to cut the sides out to clear the wiring to the lights. I got 5 installed after 3+ hours of laboring and fighting with them. Better and cheaper to replace your cans with brand new, air tight, IC-rated remodel cans. I took 4 back and bought 4 new cans for less. And it was was an easier job if you aren't afraid to disconnect and reconnect the can and wires through the recessed hole.
