POSCA paint pens are the best tools I've found for permanently marking objects exposed to weather outdoors. I use them for plant markers in my xeriscape. The color remains true through high heat (over 100 degrees F), cold (below -15 degrees F), rain, and snow. Best of all, the pigment marker is water-based! No solvents or harmful chemicals. These are remarkable pens.

The possibilities are endless with these markers, pink, red, yellow, light blue, dark blue, green, white, and black. The colors are bright, so they stand out well. I love that I can use them on multiple different surfaces. The possibilities are endless with these markers. I wanted to paint my plain, white glass flower planter. These were perfect for the job. I am not an artistic person, but I like how my planter turned out. The paint markers are easy to use. Before the first use, the marker needs to be shaken. Then the tip needs to be pressed down on a piece of paper for a few seconds until the paint saturates the tip completely. After that, the markers are ready to go. I only used one coat of paint. Some of the colors could have used another coat because they were blotchy. I noticed I did need to wait until the paint dried if I was using more than one color close together. If I didn't, the paint colors would mix, causing the tips of the marker to be darker than the original color for a little bit. If I messed up, it was easy to wipe away the marker on the glass surface with a damp cloth as long as it hadn't dried yet. These markers are quick at drying.

There are many colors available and a variety of sizes in the brand’s line, so it should be easy to find something to work for any project. It removes from any non-porous surface with just a cloth and water. Great for glass!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These markers are great. I have had bad experience with paint markers in the past but these markers are amazing. They come out smooth but slow, they don’t leak and/or leave a paint dot a the end of every stroke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Posca Paint Markers are really nice markers! They have a variety of colors and tip sizes, which opens up a wide realm of possibilities. The set I used comes with 8 colors and are all the same size. I have only used the markers on paper as of now, but the colors are all nice and vibrant, including the white. It really does feel like paint, but it dries as quick as a marker! There isn’t any kind of overpowering scent, either. I’m excited to try these on some other materials.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know that these paint pens are more marketed towards artists, but I've found them to be excellent for permanent markings in the shop. They mark a variety of surfaces and stand out on both light and dark surfaces. I say that the markings are permanent, but they do wipe off from hard surfaces with just a bit of solvent. To use the pens the first time, it's pretty easy-- shake it, pop the cap off, then depress the white tip until it is fully soaked with paint. You do not need to pump the tip up and down 20 times to get the paint going-- just depress it for a second or so and it'll do the trick. You can see in my third picture that I made the yellow and red markings with a tip that wasn't quite saturated with paint. With the blue pen, I did get the tip properly soaked and the paint is properly opaque and not see through at all. The one thing to be careful of is that the paint has a pretty thin viscosity, so it will bleed if you put down too much. However, that's true of paint pens in general and not unique to this specific set. Overall, these are easy to use, not too painful on the budget, and provide vibrant markings on all sorts of surfaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I frequently do a lot of craft projects, especially on items that I can customize for special occasions such as a graduation gift so I think these will add to making my items even more memorable. I like that there is a good variety of basic colors to choose from. They easily can be stored in the packaging it comes in. I think they definitely need to be shaken for the full 30 seconds to get the best results. It is great that on some surfaces it can be erased in case I make a mistake!

I love how they have the color numbers on them, so you can match perfectly. They come inactivated, so they stay fresh no longer how long you store them. Perfect for any crafts or art

They kept drying up when I tried to color in tile grout lines. No continuous flow of ink. They are NOT good for that job. I tried every suggestion their website suggested to no avail.

I never expected to find art supplies at HD and at such a good price!

It was exactly what I wanted/needed to complete my craft project.

I bought this to touch up some scuffed metal bicycle hand brakes. It served that purpose very well.

It took a day to start writing. I though it was bad after shaking it for several minutes and no paint came out to write. A few days later i was heading to the store to return it and tried it one more time, and it writes fine. It wipes off if I'm the first minute if you make a mistake. Once it dries it's durable. Not too glossy.

Just what I wanted, color was correct, and I received it very timely. Very satisfied.
