Did a great job of keeping our wines chilled, 2 seperate controls for white and red. Shelves are restrictive in size of bottles. Woke up yesterday to find it had leaked about a gallon iof water all over our hardwood floors in the gameroom.

We like the look— And it can be freestanding or built in—but the door pops open— No matter how we shut it— so I’m sure there are better quality ones out there!

Very nice neutral look without the brand badge all over it, which I prefer. It’s definitely a great buy for the dollar. Isn’t going to be the highest end cooler out there by any stretch, but it is a great value and looks good! I have it next to two professional grade Summit wine coolers, and it looks almost identical.

The refrigerator looks good. The shelves do not allow you to put in a bit fatter bottles of wine so you lose storage space because you have to remove a couple of shelves. Overall, satisfied.

Much, much too noisy--even louder than my dishwasher. Emits a steady 55 db. Now it is starting to make weird noises when it first starts--thinking maybe the end is near. Not happy considreing I paid nearly $500 for it.

So I purchased this wine cooler back in September it looks really nice. I followed the instructions and when I plugged the unit in it made loud noises (like a dying animal). The noise was so loud that I could hear it upstairs. In the instructions in states that if it's loud it's due to fluid in the system. I called the company cause I wanted to see how to get rid of the noise (could the fluid be flushed). The first guy came out and heard it and said the fluid was flooding the system and that he would ask the company to send another one. Well he lied on the report, he stated nothing was wrong with the unit. I called again and they sent another guy out. He heard the noise and said that also the unit was flooded. He said that he would request a new unit. The company was great, they said that they didn't have anymore units in stock and that they would just refund me my money. Of course I had to submit a claim, cutting the cord along with sending the pictures and the SKU label. After I received the check I had my contractor pull the unit apart. What he and I found was that the oil was all drained and it was sitting at the bottom of the tray. He informed me that this unit would never have worked since it was drained of oil and that it was broke. He informed me that it was not fixable. I really wish that the men that came out would have just pulled the unit apart instead of me having to go back and forth with the company. I wasted a month due to the repair men.

I've only had it for a couple of weeks; but, it seems to be working fine. I have no complaints.

The unit fits under the cabinet perfectly. Runs quiet and is easy to assemble. The reversible door allows for install in any location.
