This filter installed the sulfur is removed but when the first regeneration happens, the sulfur comes back it does not remove sulfur. I reset it. I regenerated manually many times I emailed the company there is no phone number to contact them for service support. I returned it to Home Depot with no issues. I do not recommend this product this filter for removing sulfur. I live in Florida, and it’s the worst thing I ever experience and the company with no customer service again do not buy .

The tank comes with *very* detailed instructions and the steps were clear. The warnings in the reviews cover that drain line pretty well, so I made sure it was not going anywhere. The difference is nothing short of stunning. The rust / iron that was clearly present before the tank installation - is GONE. No rust colored paper towels when drying dishes. Soap lathers! Who knew?!? It seems kind of strange, but I am noticing better results in the laundry, shower - you name it.

I've had this for some months and if anything I've noted rust building up faster on the water receiving surfaces of my home, like shower walls and sink bottoms. Picture attached of sink bottom was taken roughly three days after scrubbing spotless to replace drain baskets. It used to take a couple weeks for rust buildup to be visible on the sink. Now it's like the backwash rinse is pocketing double deposits to stick. The sad part is that my water wasn't bad in the first place, like rust concentration at last water test was half the ppm this claims it'll filter. My water tastes exactly the same as it did before installation so clearly there's nothing being removed

The plumber turned this system on and it leaked water out the bottom and the water coming out of the system was murky. I was 10 days outside the warranty and IFilters (the manufacturer) said sorry about your luck because we disconnected the system. I'm out over 1000.00 after paying the plumber to install and uninstall. Stay away from this company if you want quality customer service that's honest and moral. I never even had a chance to decide if the product even did what it said it would do.

It is supposed to take the sulfur smell and taste out of the water. I did nothing. Still smells and taste just like it did before. I'm taking it back.

Works as advertised. Clean clear water. No more rust yellow in water. Easy to set up.

Unit was exactly as advertised, some machanical experience required if DIY.

I read the comments before I purchased and was a bit concerned that people said that it works initially and then stops working after like two weeks. Well, I was stupid enough to buy it anyways. The water filter was build in a chain of others. This one was supposed to treat the iron and sulfur, like advertised. But the same thing happened. It worked great for about 2 weeks and now the water stinks like sulfur again. Will be returning and that’s not an easy task since it need to be drained, unhooked, lifted, packed,… safe yourself the headache and skip product.

It worked very well for the first few months. Drastically lower iron content in my water; however, It has been about 6 months and doing a with/without water test shows this unit is no longer filtering anything. My guess is the filter is somehow pre-charged to assist in regening (similar to a softener). Customer support is non-existent. I sent a few emails with no replies.

Installation was straight forward if you have basic knowledge of plumbing. I choose to solder my connections using 1" Type L copper pipes and fittings instead of using the SharkBite type connections provided. Well water had Iron and smelled of rotten eggs. Once the system was installed and I completed the start-up procedures, The smell and Yellowness in the water instantly disappeared. Working great so far 1 month in. Make sure that the drain line is adequately weighted down or secured into your drainpipe as it shoots water out at high pressure during backwash procedure.

This product along with any other product from this company is garbage. there is no warranty no nothing and no customer support. There is a severe pressure restriction, water still green this product does not work. It wound up in the dumpster, literally. The manufacturer is a fraud they offer no warranty and no support. They should be prosecuted by the CA authorities for consumer fraud. Home Depot should know better than to sell this garbage.

Didn't work out of the box. You cannot call anyone. The phone numbers listed are not for that company. We emailed and asked to have a return call. Still waiting.

Easy to install. The difference in our water has been great

We were able to install and program but needed assistance with results. Contacted Pro Aqua customer service and they were very helpful

We installed it a few weeks ago. Easy to install. Works very well in removing iron and the smell that comes with it. Super nice not having to clean the toilet every few days. I would definitely recommend it. The only thing I kind of don’t like is the back washing it’s on a time basis, and can’t go on a water usage. We don’t use that much water so I think it would not need so much back washing. There must be a reason for this, so I’m ok with it. Let’s see how it does after a few months. Home depot was great.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My old unit started leaking so I ordered this one and had it installed. Within 48 hours the water was darker than I had ever seen it. It would leave stains in my toilet every 2 to 3 days, and if you filled up a pitcher of water, you could physically see the tinge. That’s when I finally went on to look at the other reviews and noticed a large amount of people complaining about the same issue. Had it removed in a professional system installed in the water has never been as good.

Make sure you get 2 boxes when you pick it up. We didn’t get the second box and had to drive back ~30 minutes to the store. Installation was fairly easy as long as you can get to your main waterline and plumb in the 1 inch connections. Once installed, the unit was supposed to go to backwash. It didn’t do anything and after about 8 minutes gave an “ERRO”. I had to contact support via the online messaging (no phone number to be found). They replied within a day and asked for pictures. From there we found two blue wires were not connected in the back of the head unit. After repairing that myself (very simple), the unit seems to be working. Note you should hear some clicking/whirring as it changes modes. I have had it installed about a week and the sulfur smell seems to be gone. One other note, the backwash process does shoot a lot of water out the drain pipe. Make sure you have a good drain available.

This did not filter anything that the description says it is supposed to. When I contacted the company, they said I needed to give them a complete water test report which cost about $200 so they could figure why this was not filtering like it was supposed to. I took this back to Home Depot with no problems.

EASY SET UP ...REALLY WORKS!!! YOU ONLY HAVE TO HAVE A DRAIN LINE ...I ONLY BOUGHT THE TANK ...NO SOFTENER ....EXCELLENT WELL WATER NOW...I USE 3 FILTER SYSTEM PLUS THIS TANK ...

Immediately removed manganese and sulphur from my well water. Installation and set up is easy. The only thing I don't like is the outdated digital display, but that's minor.
