This filter installed the sulfur is removed but when the first regeneration happens, the sulfur comes back it does not remove sulfur. I reset it. I regenerated manually many times I emailed the company there is no phone number to contact them for service support. I returned it to Home Depot with no issues. I do not recommend this product this filter for removing sulfur. I live in Florida, and it’s the worst thing I ever experience and the company with no customer service again do not buy .

The tank comes with *very* detailed instructions and the steps were clear. The warnings in the reviews cover that drain line pretty well, so I made sure it was not going anywhere. The difference is nothing short of stunning. The rust / iron that was clearly present before the tank installation - is GONE. No rust colored paper towels when drying dishes. Soap lathers! Who knew?!? It seems kind of strange, but I am noticing better results in the laundry, shower - you name it.

I've had this for some months and if anything I've noted rust building up faster on the water receiving surfaces of my home, like shower walls and sink bottoms. Picture attached of sink bottom was taken roughly three days after scrubbing spotless to replace drain baskets. It used to take a couple weeks for rust buildup to be visible on the sink. Now it's like the backwash rinse is pocketing double deposits to stick. The sad part is that my water wasn't bad in the first place, like rust concentration at last water test was half the ppm this claims it'll filter. My water tastes exactly the same as it did before installation so clearly there's nothing being removed

This filter appears to be preloaded with a product that eliminates iron consistently for about 2 weeks. After that you are back to this red stains. Home Depot needs to have this product checked.

Too soon to tell. Was very easy install. Digital control could have been explained better.

Filter took the sulfur smell out of our water for a week and now its back, ran regens etc and smell wont go away

I got this whole house well water filter to replace an old filter of a different brand. The price was quite good and it made sense to move to this filter versus change the media on my old one. The controller is much better than my the one on my old, more expensive filter. I do a lot of my own plumbing projects and the PRO+AQUA whole house well water filter was relatively easy to install. I instantly noticed the impact on my water which tasted much better and was much softer (even though I also have a whole house softener). I am very pleased with this product.

Noticed immediate difference in the smell and color of well water after intstalling this filter. The parts that come with the filter are high quality. I installed the filter myself and encountered two problems. I initially had a leak where the flexible line threads onto the plastic inlet/outlet fittings of the filter. I ultimately solved the leak with a heavy coating of teflon paste on the plastic threads. Second problem was a leak at the drain hose connection to the filter. You have to push the drain hose in firmly to get a good seal. Otherwise, everything went smooth and the system is maintenance free. I'd recommend for well water home where you are getting orange tinted water that smells like sulfur. Home Depot had the best price on this product by over $200. If you are still getting sulfur odor after installing this unit, check you hot water heater anode rod.

Easy to install, it took an iron filled well water it transformed it into crystal clear water output with no more iron or sulfur smell anymore.........I just hope and pray that it continues to work well for us for many more years.

Easy install. Just had to get some fittings and it was up and running. Tested well water a few days later and was clean.

Doesn’t take care of sulfur smell. I will return.

They give you Teflon tape but recommend also use pipe dope to help seal joints. Had problems with leakage at drain hose insert. Otherwise water is a lot clearer and don’t need to clean fixtures as often. Delivery came on two separate days in 2 boxes.

Has been installed for 4 months now and everything working great so far. Install was fairly easy done by myself.

It did not get rid of the sulfur egg smell. Now am.stuck with it and looking for another solution

Easy to install, removed the smell and taste immediately after draining the existing water by letting it run for a bit. Never been happier and retired the Brita...

Same complaints as the rest of the reviews. Works for a week or so and then no affect whatsoever. Likely the media was dosed with something that works short term and then it's just a tank of inert material doing absolutely nothing for you after a few backwashes. Fake company with no support, you need to spend thousands on tests and plumbers to prove your 600 dollar filter doesn't work. Definitely feel ripped off and will never buy an unknown brand from HD again.

If you are looking for a one unit filter, this is not it. I had noticed calcium build up and what looks like sand after using. Called the company and they told me I need another $1,000 water softener to pair with it.

Got ride of most of the rust smell. Also had a water softener that helps. Iron is very minimal now and our toilets are finally getting white again. I saw similar products for much more but I wanted to try this first, and it worked for me! Pretty easy installation (I did it myself with no leaks so far). Be careful with the drain hose, when it starts to drain the hose moves a lot and may jump out of the drain hole (I zip tied mine down). Also make sure to run all of your faucets after installation as there will be some black sediment buildup. Great product!

The plumber turned this system on and it leaked water out the bottom and the water coming out of the system was murky. I was 10 days outside the warranty and IFilters (the manufacturer) said sorry about your luck because we disconnected the system. I'm out over 1000.00 after paying the plumber to install and uninstall. Stay away from this company if you want quality customer service that's honest and moral. I never even had a chance to decide if the product even did what it said it would do.
