Bought this for my 2020 Compass. Feels and looks as great quality materials and design. Has locking end tabs, is fully adjustable and fairly easy to install. Using with a Curt basket. Not a problem with either. Would buy again.

Fantastic crossbars are a winner for security and for the budget. These locking crossbars are simple to use, look good, and attach securely. I can use these in place of my factory crossbars to add extra width so I can use a roof box AND put bikes on the roof at the same time—my factory bars have only enough room for a roof box. Plus, these bars actually lock in place instead of being held on with just a thumb screw. As long as there is a gap or indent between the roof of your car and the roof rails (rails run front to back) so the outside hook on the mounts can engage, these should fit your car. I use these on a 2012 Sienna, and they are plenty wide, adding several extra inches on each side of my roof rails.

So let me say first that I am not rating these 5 stars because they are the best, easiest to install, most functional, etc. cross bars on the market, but for what they are and what they cost the manufacturer did a phenomenal job of combining quality, decent looks, and value. I also have a set of the name brand "round bar" cross rails, and while those might be a little better in each category they also cost 4 to 8 times more than these!!! And these have a lot going for them. First of all, unlike most "value" bars, these actually look really good! They are VERY sturdy once installed, and they don't make much more noise than any other bars I've used. I have no doubt they will last being aluminum and do everything I need them to do. The only question I have for the Manufacturer is if you look at the last picture, when the rails have room to go up or down, do you recommend the be flush to the top or bottom of the bar? And to the other review with the Ford Flex, those have a crazy big OEM rail... I have a ford escape and my neighbor has an explorer and this will fit both of those...

I bought this for my 2003 Toyota Highlander. I needed the extra height clearance for my kayak J roof racks. Great fit to car roof Rails, snug tight. Looks great as well not like the previous purchase that was cheap looking. Most importantly after loading the kayaks (4) no load weight bend. Good strong construction. Highly recommended.

Fairly easy to install on my 2014 Acadia. They look very sturdy and I like the wider flat top surface area. Oh, quieter than the last brand I had on there.

Works well. Easy to install by following the instructions video. Once installed the first time, it takes a few minutes to remove or reinstall.

It broke at mounting on the first screw that I didn't even have a chance to tide up. The mounting plastic bracket at the point where it's holding all together is very narrow and not suitable for any load. I believe that, If that part was an aluminum, it would hold well.

purchased this online from home depot relatively easy to assemble and place on my 2011 ford explorer, there are 4 locks, 1 on each endcap, i think that is a bit much, hope i dont lose the keys(2) they do provide. They seem sturdy, we have a SportRack Expedition Cargo Box Carrier, 16-Cubic Feet It works great with it, we took a short trip on the highway speeds up to 70mph and it did not bounce or move( i put some things in carrier about 30lb of stuff inside also) I feel confident this was a good buy.

Fits my Subaru Forester well. Relatively easy to remove once installed.

Not universal enough to fit my Ford Flex. Doubt that it fits any Ford SUVs.
