We bought this last summer hoping to have it all together before winter. One thing after another (life). Directions were easily understood by both of us. This girl is in love with her honey and the greenhouse.

Definitely not the easiest directions to follow; begins as sentences and turns into pictures of which there are 42 picture steps. If you don’t read all the directions and pay close attention to close ups and orientations of things in each step, you will have to go back and repeat missed steps. All in all, if you take your time and follow the directions (i.e. have 2 people and take 12 hours to assemble while reading carefully and paying attention) you’ll get it done.

Mounted on top of 4x4 foundation, that was staked into the ground using 2 ft pieces of 3/8 rebar. If you want make this foundation buy three 8 foot 4x4s and cut them at 60 degrees at 49 inches on the long side, then trim the ends to match. This will make you a perfect hexagon to mount this on. Instruction were very easy, took me 8 hours to assemble by myself. You will need a second set of hands while assembling a few times, but it can mostly be done by one person. Make sure its not windy while putting it up. I ordered heavy duty shelf kit and it does flex the walls a little, but it will hold. If you want to stiffen it up get some pre drilled flat bars and mount them diagonally on the side walls. Overall the look of this greenhouse is awesome. Its supposed to withstand up to 50 mph winds, guess we'll find out when those come. NOTE; Do not use the screws #4006 provided for corner roof caps it will bust the aluminum as they are to big in diameter, you will need to find some longer versions of the #4008 self tapping screws for this, This is my only complaint about this kit. As the instructions say, two afternoons is perfect for one person in the assembly process. I'm an engineer so could clearly see the thought in design, and appreciation of the assembly sequence. It went together easily, and I admit it was fun to assemble. The doors and hinges fit amazingly, and gave a very finished look. Good work! Yes the rain gutter caps shipped with self tapping screws that were #10's and not #8's, but certainly not a show stopper. The poly-carbonate sides seemed a little thin, but once the structure is complete it seems very sturdy. The part that was the surprise was the additional items that you need to complete the project were expensive - IE 8 shelves. My wife was a little leery at first but now just adores the peaked roof line and the color on the Oasis. Putting in the misters and drip irrigation with a couple of grow lights will take a lot more time than just the assembly. Will add a temperature controlled 12VDC circulation fan and another window. The Oasis is a great size for a back patio and provides the needs of two people. We'll have tomatoes this Winter - Ha! Got to love it!

Over all, I like it. I like the color, I like the shape, I like the design! 1) There are 6 self-taping screws were wrong size(they should be#8, not #10. I got wrong one. 2) The instruction for installing door lucker section need to add more details, such as "....cut plastic...." "....one more drawing to show how to install that area." 3) On the second page of instruction, it should have more details in the part list. especially description of parts. It's easier for your purchs and check if they are right parts, also easier for users understand parts, even easier to buy it incase it may need. 4) We had leveled it well, but finally it still tilt, not perfect. I wish if you can change the design, improve it, that will be super! 5) For getting better circulation in inside of the Greenhouse, if the design can make two windows? Such as adding one window on the roof? 6) If it can be little cheaper, may be more people will buy it too.

I was told many things that turned out to be wrong information.

The packaging was a bit damaged upon arrival, but the greenhouse itself was intact and performs admirably.

The lengthy warranty was a pleasant surprise. I had some reservations initially, but that put me at ease. It has become a talking point in my decision-making.

The warranty was longer than I've seen for most products in this category. It added an extra layer of comfort to my decision. Though I did struggle a bit with the assembly, it's good to know that the company has my back for years to come.

The unboxing went well. I found all the parts securely packed and labeled. The manual was comprehensive, which is helpful for assembly. So far, so good.

Unboxing the greenhouse was a smooth process. The packaging was organized, and all the parts were in good condition. I appreciated the inclusion of a detailed manual. It's a good start to the whole project.

I was skeptical about the built-in irrigation system, but it’s proven to be efficient and helpful.

It looked complex at first, but it’s surprisingly easy to operate. A good investment for any gardener.

The roof trim is terrible. One of the roof panels flew off in the wind. I'm hoping I can get another one.

I've had this greenhouse for over a year now, and it still looks the same as day one. Maintenance has been a breeze. Overall, it's been a reliable choice for me.

Great and easy instructions to follow, everything clearly labeled with numbers to assist in assembly. Hubby and I had it together in a few hours. We were missing one of the parts for the handle but the customer service team was excellent and is sending out the last piece we need to complete the project.

The assembly was straightforward with the sliding panels' system.. I've had this greenhouse for a few months now and the polycarbonate panels are as good as new. The aluminum frame is holding up well, showing no signs of corrosion. They let in plenty of light without any discoloration

I faced roadblocks during assembly, so I used their support. A bit confusing, but Karen helped in the end. The greenhouse is now standing and seems to be fine.

It’s a pain in the butt to put together. Didn’t come with instructions but found an old version online that was mostly accurate. I’m overall pleased with it.

For such a high price, this might actually rate as "average", but I gave it one extra star. It was reasonably easy to assemble, but bear in mind that additional work will be necessary to make everything work. I had to make several modifications to get all parts fitting, and the vent window especially has been a problem. It was riveted much too tightly, such that the vanes simply would not pivot. I'm still fiddling with it to try to make it work. I also bought the automatic thermal operator for the vent, and had to significantly modify it to even fit, despite the note that it fits "all Palram greenhouses". It interferes with the roof support, and I had to make several modifications both to the operator and the greenhouse. Also, the doors do not fit as well as I would like, and the construction is somewhat flimsy, although I've seen worse. I had to trim some window panels to make them fit at all, as they were poorly and erratically cut at factory. Otherwise, I was able to assemble the entire unit by myself with no issues other than sometimes confusing instructions, which may require some study and experimentation to understand the intent. I also found that the packaging of some hardware was confusing, as one bag had a specific screw, but not enough, then I discovered later that the needed additional screws were in a different bag with other random parts. Odd components; some did not have id tags, so careful study is needed to recognize correct parts.

In the end the green house is well made and attractive once finished. Getting to the finish line is the hard part. Having to work with just illustrations is okay for the base, sides and roof but a night mare for putting the doors together. Take an inventory of all parts especially the packs of hardware because some screws are mispackaged. You need 24 self tapping screws for the base frame 4 were missing. I found them in the door hardware package, to late to use. Like others have said just count on going to the hardware store and getting six #8- 2" screws to replace the wrong size supplied #10 screws for the roof end caps. I'm 74 and put together everything myself with the exception of the roof and doors where I needed help. I lost track of the hours it took me to complete.

The assembly process was honestly frustrating. Some of the screws were missing and the manual was not very clear. However, after resolving these issues, the greenhouse stands strong and is doing a fantastic job at keeping my plants healthy.

I’ve had the greenhouse for quite some time, and it's held up well with little maintenance. I'm content with how long-lasting it is.

After several seasons, the greenhouse is still in good shape. Minimal upkeep needed. It's been a satisfactory experience for me.

Even after months of use, I haven’t noticed any wear and tear. Maintenance has been minimal, which suits my needs. I find it to be a good investment.

Not enough air flow with one window, had to buy another. Small, not a good for growing vegetables in Florida. Bad customer service.

It’s a solidly well framed greenhouse. Follow the directions to the tee and pay attention to the T- bolts and what not to tighten right away. It matters when you square up the structure. Definitely place it on a leveled poured slab of at least 4” of concrete and put a drain in the middle. It gets really really hot like 120 degrees hot. Definitely put an outdoor fan on the top as it has a hook for it. Only draw back is it took nearly 2 months to ship.
