We ordered the Palermo 3000 from Home Depot but when it arrived in store for pickup the box was very damaged. At our store they take about an hour or two to find your internet order which makes you wonder why, but at least they opened the box for our inspection. Everything looked ok , but asked that a note as to the box condition be made. As I had already made contact with the company before we purchased we felt confident that Paralam, the maker, would make any problems right. Well once we got the box home I check out everything and all parts were there and amazingly intact, just some shipping scuffs on the paint. My wife and I were able to put the gazebo together in about ten hours or less and we our in our 60's. The fit, the quality, all made this go together easily. All holes were correct, the lengths correct, everything fit, just flat out great. Paralam quality control does a great job. How nice for a change. If you order have it delivered to your local store that hopefully won't take hours to find it like ours does on internet orders. It would be nice if the instructions had a real life bolt, nuts, and washers guide so you can tell what is what. That would be the only improvement I can offer, except keep up the quality.

Easy to assembly, look attractive For the price its great very good Quality and look professional

Easy to assemble. My wife and I did it in two days.

Took us about two hours to put it all together. Pretty basic process, just a little tedious with all the parts. It looks great in the backyard, perfect for some outdoor furniture and a fire pit to go under it. All the parts were in the box and nothing was damaged. Does a great job at blocking sunlight. Overall, I'm very happy with this gazebo, everyone who comes over loves it too.

The installation definitely needs 2 people, so make sure you plan for that. However the instructions are easy to follow and the parts go together great. All the screws and nuts are separated for you and parts are labels to help the assembly go smoothly. I would recommend completing step 16 (tapping the sides of the roof panels) to be done the day before, or if there are others that won't be doing the gazebo assembly do it while the rest of the installation is going on. It is a easy step, but can kind of drain the momentum of the assembly if done in order. Other then that, the assembly went great and it looks great in our yard. I was concerned with the sturdiness of it as we live in a wind prone area. So far, it does not move an inch. Solid construction, ceiling panels work magic with blocking out the heat of the sun, while not making the area completely darkened. We are happy with the purchase and sure you will be too.

At first I was a skeptic, plastic roof etc, but I admit I was surprised at the finished product. Assembly was detailed but not difficult. It rained the first day and not one drop came in! This was a good value, indeed, and I would highly recommend this gazebo to everyone! No more taking down tent toppers every winter!

Assembly was not too difficult. We are replacing a fabric roof gazebo. This seems like a solid product. Won't miss taking roof down for the winter.

model #702780 the third description it includes hooks for adding curtains / mosquito netting. No hooks were found in the packaging.
