Looks very nice but had some issues similar to others. Scratching the arm while putting the flange on. And the pressure isn’t great.

It’s beautiful and was easy to install!

Very easy to install but had an issue with the low water pressure. After a little research I took out the small O ring in the purple flow restrictor (not the washer that fits just inside the threads) and it provides just the right amount of water pressure. I then went and purchased another shower head to change out a second shower head. It is a fraction of the cost of other shower heads in this category and so far I couldn't be happier. The oil rubbed bronze color is a perfect match to the Delta shower trim kit. The only negative (if you can call it that) I can see after using for just a few weeks is wanting to take longer showers.

0 stars. Do NOT purchase Pegasus products. Less than 5 years after installing and tiling our shower we are having to redo everything due to the showered and faucet failing, and there are no simple ways to fix this. Pegasus customer service does not exist and Home Depot is unhelpful.

This was a nice looking showerhead big bit not overly so and pressure was good. Drawback was the spray pattern was very narrow. Smaller than the width of the showerhead. I wanted to keep it as I liked the look and pressure, but the narrow pattern was too big a drawback so for returned. If you don't mind that a good item.

Easy to install in a few turns of a wrench. The pressure was not good, it just didn't have a wide pattern. I took it down and made an adjustment of removing small "o" ring and put it back up and it worked fine. If you are replacing an older shower head remove this "o" first otherwise you will be disappointed with the pressure.

Flange scratches the shower arm. It is difficult to thread an existing instillation without sliding the flange away from the wall to get visibility.

I would've liked to have a little wider spray pattern but it actually gets narrower as if the nozzles are pointed in a bit. The wife likes the pattern though as she can take a shower without getting her hair wet. Also had to buy a separate 90 degree shower arm as the picture is deceiving making you think ore was included. No other issues in the month we've used it.

Quality exceeds my expectations, even if price were 2-3 times higher. Arm is a hefty, solid piece and escutcheon is also metal Showerhead is plastic but looks nice and feels even better. Highly recommended

i have low water pressure and unit is phenominal! worth more than what i paid for it!

The shower arm is stronger than any other shower arm that they carry in store. My shower pipe got the old threads stuck in there and I broke a few shower arms I got from the store. But this one is strong enough to get in there. I was also concerned about the quality because of the price. But after installing I could not find anything low quality of the product. Wife likes the burnished bronze style too.

I was concerned I might not be purchasing a quality product considering the low price I paid for this shower head, I was amazed when all was said and done. It is a great shower head and looks amazing in my bathroom. Installation was a breeze.
