Easy install, went up quickly and speaking of quickly it took all of 30 seconds for my 1 year old...
Easy install, went up quickly and speaking of quickly it took all of 30 seconds for my 1 year old grandson to be able to yank it open. Yeah not going to work, will be looking for something better to restrain his activities to the living room.

We are very sorry to learn of the troubles and from your description , it does sound like the installation might need to be reviewed as we suspect if the gate was easily opened that the catch mounts may not have been installed in the correct orientation. Horrible product. Kids pets push right through the Bottom of gate.

Children and pets over 10lbs should not be able to push under the gate, we feel there may be either an issue with the locking mechanism or the installation of the gate in this circumstance. A more user friendly release would be nice! Otherwise it is easy to install and totally out of the doorway allowing me easy access in my wheelchair to go room to room.

The outdoor retractable gate is perfect for the temporary gated...
The outdoor retractable gate is perfect for the temporary gated area we set up for a new puppy. The gate was very easy to install with the templates provided to mount the gate roll brackets on one side of the opening and the attach brackets on the other side of the opening. The gate rolls neatly out of the way when open and can be easily attached to the brackets with one hand to close. The actual gate material is very durable. Very satisfied with the product.

Works well though it is a little challenging to get both the top and bottom latches to catch. Also, it needs two hands whenever you want to close it. Otherwise still a good gate.
