My wife and I love the look and feel of this faucet, but the sink stopper functions very poorly. Our plumber did the best he could to get it working properly, but my wife is not happy with how difficult it is to use. It gets stuck very easily and the stopper handle is difficult

I bought this faucet 6 months ago and it has been functioning flawlessly ever since. I wanted an easy upgrade to my guest bathroom and was looking for an unusual accent piece. This faucet hit the mark. My guests are commenting about the faucet all the time. I am very pleased with the design. It matches a variety of decors and added a nice modern touch to my otherwise contemporary bathroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this faucet for its waterfall imitation and clean lines. It looks terrific and has a stunning effect in the space that we used it. We chose the chrome finish. Our only issue is derived from the fact that we live in a area with hard water. When the faucet is turned off, not all the water drains, some water sits is very small pools on the extended part of the faucet. This unfortunately leaves small deposits of minerals from the water when it dries. Regular cleaning products do not remove this deposit and over time it is noticeable. There are more aggressive ways to clean this. It is simply something to note. This is only a problem given our location and even still I will not change the faucet. It really does look great.

The open spigot design is very unique and modern. The faucet is solid and well constructed. It was easily installed about 3 months ago and functions without any problems. I feel it is a good value for the price.

My guests started using the kitchen sink because they didn't feel like this was cleaning their hands so I had to replace it. Most companies with a similar waterfall design took similar styles off the market for this reason.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son wanted this one for his bathroom. We got one of the older models and its been a few years now. I love it! It makes a nice waterfall. I would have given 5 starts but the chrome is starting to wear off on the very bottom of the spout and back of handle. Otherwise it really updates a bathroom. Since there is a lifetime warranty, I will be calling Pfister to have it replaced when I need to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a pretty large bathtub that used a set of contemporary faucets. The problem with them was the fill time: it took over 15 minutes for a deep bath. The Kenzo set offers LARGE valves that accepts large plumbing pipes thereby tripling the flow rate. Now, the tub fills in about 5 minutes and warms almost instantly after it cools down. Plus, the graceful pattern of water pouring out of the faucet reminds one of a small waterfall in a babbling brook. It is an absolute pleasure to now bathe in style and comfort. One word of caution: these valves require 180-degree clearance for full operation (not the typical 90-degrees or 1/4 turn)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two of these faucets in our new bathroom. They work beautifully and look great. We did have an issue with one of them when the renovation was newly complete. The hot water volume just was not there in one of the fixtures. We called our supplier who sent a Pfister rep out the next day to fix it for free. It turns out there was just some debris in the supply line, but the service was great!

I had issue with missing I e missing gasket and was promptly sent a replacement within two days after phone call to customer service. Very great company to deal with. Highly recommended!!!

I installed this unit in our whirpool tub around 5 years ago and love its performance, quality durability and looks

I purchased two of these for a double vanity in our master bath. While they look great, I have had a continuing problem with the flow of water. More so on the hot side than cold. I have replaced the internal valves twice as well as cleared out the lines but water flow rapidly deteriorates after making the change. Perhaps part of the problem results from not having a defused. That being said, tthe device staff has been most responsive in terms of providing replacement parts at no cost in an effort to remedy the problem but in the end the faucets do not perform to the level they should.

I bought 2 of these for the Jack and Jill bath. They have a sleek look that fit perfectly with the design of my bathroom and the flow of the water is very smooth when turned on. Definitely would recommend to purchase this faucet!
