By far this is the easiest to install, we just bought the towel rack today. Installing with the templet they give you means you’ll never install a crocked TP holder or towel rack again. This is our second set be bought, love it.

The arm is too short to hold a standard sized hand towel. The product is not solid metal. Returning does not meet expectations.

Clean design and reasonable price.

I purchased two Towel Rings, two 24" Towel Bars, the Toilet Paper Holder, and the 18" Towel Bar for my master bathroom renovation. Half of the items had a reasonable quality attachment system with a "hook" and a captive ball/spring to hold the fixture in place. The other half had a cheap, pressed metal spring aparatus. The ones with the pressed metal aparatus, due to their design, rattle, and have no way to tighten them against the wall. I have some screwed directly in to studs as well as some in drywall, and the pressed metal attachments are horrible. I bought two of the same product and each had different attachment mechanisms. Short of completely opening the box, you have no idea what you're going to get. I know these are budget items, but the fit and finish - especially on the towel bars - is poor. And, the flip-up toilet paper holder is a neat idea, but it doesn't work well unless you have a perfectly flat wall and a solid attachment mechanism (SEE ABOVE!). There is a Moen design that is nearly identical to these and I bought the hair dryer holder in the Moen brand. It is a much higher quality product overall. Even if you have the Venturi faucets, sping for the Moen towel bars to avoid grief. Also, to avoid another trip to Home Depot or another hardware store, do yourself a favor and pick up some of the 1/8" toggle bolts X 2" long or other non-plastic anchor. What comes with this set, regardless of which attachment you get, is cheap and horrible. Get 2 for each attachment to the wall. Or, better yet, get the Moen product instead.

We purchased the Venturi towel ring , the installation clips which hold the towel holder on never tightened up and the holder moves from side to side. Now I not only have to touch up paint but patch holes in drywall. Very poor design. Instructions followed. Would not recommend this product.

I did not want to rate it poor because it looks very nice and works simply and it installed very very easily. But it unclips too easily.

Horrible attachment bracket. What a pain to try to get it not to wobble.

AWFUL WALL CONNECTORS!!!! Nice piece but real bad engineering. This piece comes with what Pfister calls "easy to install Quick Clip". Unlike the older type connectors that screw into the wall after which you slide the top of the mounting piece onto the wall connector, then turn a bottom screw to tighten the mounting piece to the wall, this comes with a clip connector. Big design flaw. First, this clip has absolutely no mounting tolerance. If the wall is not absolutely flat the clip will not catch. Second, if you accidentally mount the Quick Clip in the wrong place, and need to move it after the Quick Clip is engaged, YOU CANNOT GET IT OFF WITHOUT BENDING THE CLIP, rendering it absolutely useless. Second, say you want to paint the room later. Because you cannot disengage the Quick Clip, be prepared to paint around the mounting base. AWFUL ENGINEERING DESIGN. Stay away from this piece unless you want to increase your stress level.
