Purchased this and the toilet paper holder last night. same problem. It wobbles after installation. I called the 800 # found in other reviews, they sent me a link to submit pictures and proof of purchase. Will update review upon resolve, if any. If you do not want to mess with re-installing and having to deal with a lengthy process, i would recommend you buy something else. Also, like other reviewers, the brushed nickel is a bit different than the Venturi faucet (no stain) brushed nickel in color. not so much that it matters. The design is beautiful though. very modern yet simple.

Very poor mounting hardware. I used the anchors with a drilled hole of 1/4", I was not able to tighten the screws and the whole assembly ended up wobbly. I'll go ahead and return to the store.

It's ok. The bar is nice and we liked the design. The color is not quite the same as other satin nickel items, but since there are zero standards for this I guess you get what you get. The main problem is that you can't get the ring tight. For like 100 years there was a little screw you could tighten to snug it up but now there is a snap in arrangement so whatever slop is in that is what you have to live with.

After you hang it on the wall, it wobbles. Toilet paper holder is even worse. The bar that holds the roll pops off the bracket every time you roll the paper.

Beautiful finish, feels heavy and was easy to install. The bar is a little bit short to hold a proper hand towel. Even with the towel folded tightly into 3rds it hangs off the bar a bit.

The ClickLock system did not go so well for me.
I installed both drywall anchors and affixed the mounting plate to them. As I was pushing down to click the towel ring into place, it simply wouldn't click in. I pushed harder and the upper drywall anchor pulled out.
I removed it and installed larger, better anchors.
When I was pushing down in click it in place with my larger, better anchors, the top one stripped out and pulled from the wall . . . again.
I am going to return it and get one with a conventional installation - for which I am now forced to use toggle bolts.

I love the look of this towel holder and it is easy to install. However the drywall anchors were cheap and pathetic and the towel holder came off the wall.. I went down to Home Depot and got a decent set of anchors and now it is holding tight. For the price they charge for this item they could at least includedecent set of anchors!!
