Customer Reviews for Pinnacle 6-Opening 11 in. x 14 in. Light Brown Picture Frame

Unfortunately, 2 of the 6 frames arrived with broken glass. There was no cushioning in between the individual frames, leading to broken glass and scratches on the frames. This was simply poor packing and not any real problem with the frames themselves. In addition, there were no mattes included, contrary to the description and the answered question that I posed prior to ordering. The 4th photo in the product description is not accurate; the mounting brackets are not included as shown. The mountings are simply punchouts in the backing (see my photo). I guess that rather than return them, I'll go to one of my local hobby stores and have them cut some new glass. Hopefully, I can reuse some of my old mattes. Adding frame-mounted hangers should also be straightforward.
