There is a lot of sawdust and big chunks with the pellets.

They were a gift

Don’t last as long and don’t get as hot as the more expensive one we used the last couple years. Just have to see how far this pallet goes into the winter

We really like them there is very little ash from them. They warn the house nicely. L

These pellets are great buy. They burn great and we’re delivered right to my door.

these pellets seem to burn with more ash....which means that I have to clean my pellet stove more often...and they don't seem to burn as hot...

Did not like that one of the 4 tons came in a different brand. One of the pallets looked like they were very old. One of the pallets was tore open and 4 bags were open.

The 50 bags of Harts on a pallet we first bought were light pellets and really good but the last 5 bags are Harts also but pellets are very dark color and dirties up the pellets stove and don’t burn very good. Just to recognize two good employees are two woman in the garden area Doris and Jeanie.

Worked as expected.

4 years burning these ... good heat for the money

You rent stove chow not blazers, but they are great

So far we still have to move 3tons into the haouse.

No problems with pellets,delivery driver was excellent.

Pallet delivery was excellent and well timed ... the driver was a true friendly professional and made a positive impression representation of your service
