The linen shade had been crushed. The box looked fine....
The linen shade had been crushed. The box looked fine. So I think about how rough you treat your boxed items when I see the wrinkles.

Rubbish
Install is a nightmare. I thought that I was missing a page of instructions they are so poorly done. I almost wrote that they were written poorly, but there aren't any words, it's just a single image and you cannot make out what is what. The parts are labeled with letters, but there isn't a key to see what letter corresponds to what part. This is what happens when you cheap out and let the engineer write the instructions.

Super easy, all I needed was a screwdriver and wire...
Super easy, all I needed was a screwdriver and wire cutters to cut and strip long leads. Lamp is light but looks well made and durable. The light emitted comes out very diffused through the shade and is easy on the eyes. LEDs should last a long time and use little energy.

We bought this for a hallway and staircase and it fills up the space much better than the old flush mount contractor special it replaced.
Installation was a breeze.
Only complaint is the fabric seam. Easily positioned to not be noticeable but I hope Progress Lighting can develop a better looking method.

Live the product, gives good light with a clean look. Only disappointment is how it was boxed the shade had dents in it.
