The remote control was not packaged with the fan. I had to return the package. Not a fault of The Home Depot but a manufacturing quality control issue.

The fan didn't come with a remote, as advertised. Other than that, it is a great value and works well.

I ordered an online only item and it is taking forever to get it. My thinking was ship to store and get it quicker, not even. It has been seven days since I ordered it. I do not understand why it would take so long.

We now have 4 of this model of fan. They are extremely quiet; perfect for a bedroom. As a former electrician I’ve installed many ceiling fans and these have a number of thought out features that make them easy to install. Captured screws in the fan blade irons, for example.

List as low profile. Still needed to use the 4 inch hanger for installation

Installation was straightforward, requiring only household hand tools. My fan didn't require the balancing weights, which was nice. LEDs came with the fan lighting kit and are very bright - nice touch! Overall, I'd recommend this fan to anyone looking for updates to their room lighting or airflow. Will probably be getting more of these for the other bedrooms as house projects progress.

Installation was easy until I tried to add the light kit. What I found was a rat’s nest of wiring. It took me over an hour to sort them out so I could attach the lights.

The fan and light kit were an exact match for the ones installed by my builder. It is working great!!!

I installed three of them in just a few minutes. They are easy to install, just fallow the instructions.

Very easy installation runs very quite even at high it worked well with the ceiling light I already had in the room easy to adapt my light to the ceiling fan and matched very well.

Perfect fit and function. Easy to assemble. A perfect, basic 52" 3 speed ceiling fan.

No issues installing the unit

Fan works well as expected and easy to install. Matches the other fans in my house and works well with the Progress Light Kit I installed. Would definitely recommend.

Our builder installed these fans in our master bed, living, and study 4 years ago. Still operate silently with no wobble and look great! Since we're happy with them I purchased 2 more for the other bedrooms. Coupled with light kit P2645-77 (which I reviewed separately). Looks exact same as other rooms! Installation was straightforward. Silent with no wobble, and looks great! We prefer the Walnut color, looks better with the bronze than Cherry side in our opinion. 1 minor thing, easily fixed: Length of pull chain is pretty short, and I don't care for the wooden end. Replaced with bronze metal on 12" chain, looks better, and wife can reach (she's barely 5', I used the short chain from wooden pull between fan's original + 12" of new chain).

Fan is very nice and seems to be made of good quality. It is fairly loud and with max 40 watt bulbs it's not very bright. We will be keeping it but will probably look for a replacement in the future.

The instructions were clear and I had no problems installing the fan. It is quiet and the pull chains coming out the bottom are easy to use. The included 40w light bulbs didn't give us the amount of light that we wanted so I substituted 3 LED bulbs with lower wattage but equivalent 60w output.

I had this fan installed in my dining room and within a few months, the blades look bad because the surface is made of some type of paper (not plastic like my last fan blades), and it absorbs oil from cooking. I'm now looking for replacement blades and haven't found them yet. I tried "universal blades", but the holes on this fans blades are wider than the universal blades. It might be okay in a bedroom or living room, because the air flow is good.

we are remodeling our kitchen and this fan is a beautiful addition! Really moves the air, and the lighting fixture is really pretty.
