This system was easy to install and the water tastes great. We were buying bottled and one gallon jug water weekly at spending about 400.00 a year. The Prue Drop system will pay off in 4 months.

It accomplished what I needed it do.it was a good price you say big bang for the buck

works great. read all instructions before starting. get all parts together, and reread instructions. takes less than an hour for install. measure space.

Works nice for me. Fits under sink. Provides enough water. Electric water kettle was getting a lot of calcium buildup - it is better. Should mean our coffee makers should have less build up as well.

My first review was somehow not published on the website so I am re-writing the review. The filtered water is 15 ppm and my incoming tap water is 220 ppm. The filtration system works great after I have assembled it and its arrival was 3 days after the day it’s ordered. However, there were missing parts and defects part causing the system to leak and once I’ve received the replacement/missing parts, the system is running flawlessly. Though, the technical support I received from the customer service, Nick, was superb. After I’ve contact puredrop regards to this problem, Nick order the replacement after I’ve submit proof of purchase. He also suggests to use a permeate pump to reduce waste water when I asked him about the waste water ratio is high. Our family is drinking/cooking from the filter from this system and only time will tell regards to the quality of this system.

I called Nick at puredrop to ask technical questions such as direction of filter cartridges, preferred location of drain connection and o ring questions. He was quite helpful at putting me at ease for the DIY installation. recommend anyone who buys this system to call purdrop with questions for do it yourself installers. If you have space issues, this is the perfect system to buy! Price is reasonable also.

The PureDrop 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System with Pre-Filter Kit, started to breakdown after a few days of work. There is a very loud noise that sounds like an engine revving up for a race. I called the manufacturer of the RO system and they send me a couple of pressure regulators supposed to fix the problem. I installed the regulators as instructed. The problem is still there. I called the tech support of the manufacturer but all they can tell me is that the regulators are supposed to fix the problem and left me with unresolved problem. I want to return this unit and have my money refunded asap. I need a good reliable system

5 stage system really gets the job done.

The water tank is very small. It is just sufficient for 2-3 ppl in household

It's well made (in USA) and the instructions were ok. It took several days for me to install because several valves were missing. Customer service is good, the missing parts were shipped quickly. It removes about 95 % of impurities, water taste is much improved!
