Qep's Floor Scraper is perfectly sized for smaller sized jobs or for jobs working in small spaces. The four inch blade is included, as is a cover for the blade. At just over 5", the handle is comfortable to hold and feels very durable. A well-made tool.

Works well. Didn't realize that the extra blades were concealed in the shaft of the tool with access through the pip top cap at the end. Even included a small screwdriver for replacing the blades.

Second usage for scraping paint and it broke in half not worth the money.

Literally just purchased this thing yesterday for a small job removing things set off of a floor that was previously tiled. Within 20 minutes of use I notice a crack in it and two strikes later it fell apart

This product is crap was using it to remove subfloor as is the intended use. Bought 2 of them both broke within 2 mins of use.

Already returned for a refund. But this broke tearing up subfloor within the first few minutes of use

This was a very lightweight, comfortable tool. The sharp blade started out strong and the entire tool was great for about an hour or two. The problem I ran into, twice, was using this to remove the decorative coat of plaster from our wall. It had a texture to it and we wanted it gone. This tool started out strong then, after changing the blade (hidden in the handle), setting it in correctly and tightening the nut and starting again, the tool snapped at the nut. The blade gets stuck in the wall, the metal snaps and it can no longer be used. I thought it was me but if this was supposed to be used on something difficult like a floor, I'm concerned. This may be the right tool for you but it wasn't for me.

I got a third of the way through on my bathroom floor when the pincher clip broke in half. The blade kept falling out before falling apart.

Piece of garbage! used it for less than a 2x3 space and the junk metal clasp that holds the blade broke in half. Very disappointing. Does this mean I need to buy 10 more of these handles to finish the room I am scraping?

Great scraper! There are a few things to note though. First off, for safety, the scraper blade is installed blunt side out, but it doesn't say that on the package. Even the blunt side works pretty well though. LOL While using, I dislodged the blade and noticed the sharper edge & the scraper worked even better than before. I was using the scraper to knock out grout between tiles, tapping it with a hammer. The screw top became loose so I unscrewed it to see why the handle had this screw in it. Another surprise that wasn't listed on the packaging: it contained 3 extra blades and a phillips bit screwdriver tip for changing the blade out. In my opinion, for the price of this tool, it's money WELL SPENT! I just wish I had bought it sooner.

Qep’s 4” floor and wall scraper is sharp and worked well to get paint off windows in my case. The longer blade means the job gets done faster. It appears to be a good quality tool but there are things I have issues with. First, the package says, “Quick thumbscrew blade change.” There’s nothing quick about changing a blade and if you don’t get the blade and screw set perfectly, the blade is going to twist or slip out in tougher applications (like removing thin set). There’s a screwdriver in the handle for changing the blade, but I’ll be darned if I could get it out at first. It’s supposed to screw out, but wouldn’t, so I used a large screwdriver to partially pry it up. Then I was able to screw it out and had a laugh because there’s no way my large hands can use that little Philips head screwdriver to get the blade in tight. Secondly, the tool arrived with the blade in backwards (dull side out), which was likely intended for safety, so I flipped it. Thirdly, my scraper only came with 1 blade (not the “5 blades included” as noted on the package) which is why it gets 3 stars. Luckily the blades are inexpensive and stocked in my local HD. The extra blades get stored in the handle that I had trouble removing so my guess is someone at the factory couldn’t get the handle off to put the extra blades in. A few things I like are that the handle is solid and there’s an included blade guard so that it doesn’t get dulled in the tool bag. Also I can screw an extension pole into the handle for those hard to reach, high places. Overall a decent tool.

The QEP 4 in. Razor Scraper is a sharp, excellent scraper to scrape windows, glass surfaces, subfloors and walls clean. The scraper is excellent for removing wallpaper and paint from windows. The 4 in. steel blade is replaceable for a like-new performance with extra blades packed into the handle which also has a screwdriver attachment to replace the blades with. I'm using it now to clean the surface of my flat cooktop range.

Excellent scraper and it is much bigger than you think from the picture. This scraper has a very long edge and a very easy to use grip. It has a long neck too - to provide some pushing leverage. I don't know why I ever used those tiny hand scrapers after using this one.. The biggest plus for me is the comfortable grip relative to scrapers I have used in the past.

If you don't have a scraper like this, get one. I don't care who you are are what you do you'll probably need one at some point in your life and these are a lot easier and safe to use than whatever little razor blade you fished out of some other tool. You've probably seen them at the DMV when you get your car inspected and they scrape off the old sticker and put on the new one. In addition to removing stickers they are also good at removing paint off of hard surfaces like glass and tile, bird poop and dead bugs off of glass, caulk and more. You're using a razor so you have to make sure you're not going to scratch or mar the surface but for very hard surfaces this works great. So many times I've had to scrape away some paint or caulk and nearly sliced myself and sometimes actually did. It's not fun. This scraper makes it easy to work with and keeps you safe. The blade is easy to change and you can switch it around so the blunt end is exposed for storage while the sharp end is safetly inside the handle. All you need is a quarter to loosen the screw. It doesn't need to be removed and there are no parts that need to come off that might fall except for the blade. Just press the button on the back that says "PRESS" and it opens up the jaws to release the blade. Very nicely designed and works well. I use my laundry sink as a utility sink so my washing machine has accumulated over a decades worth of paint, polyurethane and other substances on it over the years in addition to some hard to remove spots from whatever project I was working on at the time. This scraper made my really old washing machine look like.... well a really old washing machine but it didn't have any paint or other crusty drips and drops on it :) Very nice tool that feels solid and has a comfortable grip. Would recommend it.

I have a 4" scrapper but i needed this scraper for the long handle. this had a nice price so i got it. it is a complete tool. it had the blade guard, screwdriver(to replace blades) and extra blade storage it the handle, the website did not picture the extra blades. it feels great in the hand and i have plenty of leverage for scraping. this is a multi use tool and it is a great value. i got it to clean my flat top grill. it works great.

Great scraper. This one has a razor sharp edge. Makes for a really clean scrape. I used it to scrape some construction adhesive off marble. It got it all off without any residue left behind. This was a replacement for my old one that i broke after much abuse, this was almost the same price as buying replacement blades. I was glad to see it came with spare blades that store safely in the handle along with a screwdriver to make blade changes easier.

Great for removing decals from glass and paint and such. This is like a huge widget. Extremely well built with additional blades in the storage area located in the handle so you do not misplace the new blades when it comes time to replace one. Another use I have an outdoor stainless-steel flat grill. After cooking this scraper works fantastic to make cleaning a breeze. So, yes I thought outside the box when selecting this product and am glad that I did as I am completely satisfied with it and am sure it would also work extremely well to scrape wallpaper from walls or debris from floors and many other uses to numerous to mention.

Great size, great weight, great price! OK - you can probably guess where this review is going but the QEP Floor & Wall Scraper with the 4" blade deserves it! When you first pick it up, the comfortable but slip resistant handle coupled with the overall weight and balance of the unit feels "right". The tool is about 12.5" long and there's a 4" single-edged razor blade already in the angled head, covered with a sturdy snap-on plastic cover. Changing the blade is simple and doesn't require any tools. There's a thumbscrew that needs to be loosened and the blade slides right out. The very bottom of the handle unscrews and attached to the handle is a small Phillips screwdriver stub that can be used to firmly tighten or loosen the previously mentioned thumbscrew. By the way, inside the handle is a plastic tube with 5 spare razor blades, so you should be good to go for quite a while. The inside of the handle is threaded and my extension pole has a male threaded end that screws right in! If you don't have one, there are a number of selections to choose from at Home Depot. My only possible suggestion for improvement would be to make the screwdriver removable and have the other edge flat, so it would be twice as functional. This tool would make a welcomed gift for anyone who does wallpaper or painting!

QEP 4 inch Scraper is a standard type scrapper with a good design. First off it has a metal handle, cushioned grip and comes with five blades, extra's stored in the handle compartment. The blade is held with a screw that tightens the grip on the head holding the blade tightly. It comes with a small screwdriver in the handle so replacing blades is all together. Not obvious from the web page photo, but the head is slightly angled to one side to get in tight corners. They also included a threaded end on the handle that accepts a broom type pole for reaching higher up. I've used other floor and paint scrapers and this one is the best I've seen and then gets even better because its sold at a good price.

A piece of junk. Screw and shaft started rust in 2 days of purchase. Do not buy.

Great tool was very sharp easy to use. Recommend to all, buy it.

Did not come with the 5 extra blades

Couldn't last more than one hour. Blade kept breaking and didn't do the job properly.
