The product itself is great. It is the perfect size for my families needs. I certainly would recommend this to any of my friends and family. I do not see a feedback tab. However, there are quite a few dings in the freezer itself. I have been meaning to send you pictures of the damage. I am at work currently and I do not have access to do this right now.

Everything works great but when I open it out the box had a dent in the front of it

Bad quality control. I don't recommend it.

It makes way to much noise

We are very happy with the freezer. Just what we wanted.

i have a freezer RCA model number RERE450 5.1 cubic feet I turn it on and waited for one day and it doesn't get cold at all.What could the problem be?

This freezer is light yet durable. There is plenty of storage space for its' compact size and it was most affordable making it a great option considering a larger one by barely any inches whatsoever was more than slightly over-priced.

I have had it in operation for one month. It keeps food frozen, is a good size and I got it at a GREAT price. No complaints.

The chest freezer took less space and it is quite.Loving it.

II had recently started Weight Watchers and had been cooking lots of healthy food. Since I’m single I had so many leftovers and they wouldn't all fit in my side by side fridge in the house. I had thought having a freezer in the garage would be too much of an extravagance and a waste of energy for just me. I hit the bullet and bought this cute little freezer. It took the pressure off my inside fridge and I think it said it only uses $27 of electricity a year. It’s small yet has a lot of space. It is very light and I was unable to unpack it and set it up by myself. I’m so glad I got it. .

Nice looking little freezer. Decent capacity but compact external dimensions so it can fit in very small space. Unfortunately, it is LOUD! It is much too loud for indoor use unless you stick it in a basement or laundry room behind closed doors. We put ours in the garage where it sounds like a distant air compressor when running. Since it's so small I had hoped to put it in a corner in the kitchen but the noise level made that impossible. It comes with a small basket. There's nothing fancy about it, it's not frost-free but most small, inexpensive chest freezers aren't, either. If not for the noise level I would have rated it higher. If you plan to put it somewhere where the noise level won't be an issue then this might be a good buy for you. Otherwise you won't like it.

This is a great little freezer. When it showed up at my house I was wondering how I was going to get it inside and where I wanted it, but it is so light I could just pick it up and move it on my own! When I normally think of a chest freezer, I think of my parents freezer that is like 6 feet long and 2 feet deep and 3 feet tall. It's huge! This is so much smaller, but surprisingly it's more than enough for the 3 people in the house and has room to spare. Love it.

Don't be fooled by this freezers small footprint. It's 5 cu.ft. capacity is plenty large for a 3 or 4-person family to use for long-term storage of meats and summer's bounty of veggies and fruits. Although not listed as a Energy Star rated product, keep in mind that chest freezers use less energy than uprights because not as much cold air escapes each time you open the freezer. Even though this chest model relies on manual defrosting, this too requires less electricity than automatic defrosting and is easy to do with the front mounted drain. I like the included hanging basket because it is convenient for quick access to smaller items I frequently need and the separate power and compressor indicator lights let me know the status of the freezer with just a glance. However, I would recommend purchasing a separate freezer thermometer to help with the initial freezing temperature setting and for monitoring later on since the 7-position dial doesn't indicate a degree setting.

This quality product is surprisingly lightweight. The perfect size to keep extra food you find on sale, or bulky items that just crowd out the kitchen refrigerator. It would be easy to get something lost on the bottom, so I keep a dry erase pen near it to write what's actually inside. Convenient drain hole on the bottom if and when it needs defrosting. Very good insulation value.

The RCA RFRF452 5.1 Cu. Ft. chest freezer is very nice and easy to work unit. With its' self leveling foot stands set up was a breeze. It is very quiet, energy efficient and cooled quickly. The freezer has an easy to adjust temp setting and a power indicator light. Along with the power indicator it has a convenient on off switch. Finally its storage basket helps with sorting item. All in all a very nice freezer.
