Great, all I expected

Works great i haven't had a problem with it yet. I used it for molding and make small doggie stairs.

:) No problems, works well. Surprisingly the bag is handy, I keep all my 16 ga nails away from 18ga.

Own several Rigid battery powered tools for many years, they all are great.

Excellent product! So convenient compared to one with an air hose. Does shoot 18 gauge nails but not as well with a lot of misfires. I would buy this again for sure!

I purchased this tool just over two months ago as I was going to use it for a large project. I had initially tested it out and it seemed to work fine with the nails included in the kit. Last week I took it off the shelf to start my project and found that it had very little power and didn't drive in the nails at all. I had tried all different settings and troubleshooting and wasted hours of my time. Luckily, I was able to use my compressor and old brad nailer to do the job. Needless to say, I will be returning this item for a refund as I don't believe that it would hold up in the long run. I am not even an intensive user of this tool but am already frustrated with its performance under three months.

It drives 2 1/2 nail all the way in. Not light but you don't drag a hose all over the job. Especially handy if you are on a job with no electricity. Very good for a small job.

This drill is great! Light weight easy to use and very convenient with battery. Would definitely recommend!

A little disappointed with the performance.I had a high amount of misfires (no nail shot) but it still marked the wood and a high amount of nails that were protruding from the surface that had to either be set or pulled.

The nailer seems fine, just waiting to see if it is covered by the LSA. This seems to take a while

Works better than expected no issues with jamming or anything. Battery lasts a long time on one charge

Easy to use due to cordless feature, yet powerful. Big reason for choosing this is the lifetime battery.

Haven’t used much but really like Ridgid Products. Wait on my warranty papers to get here!

Ordered on line...arrived within a couple days....totally satisfied with the nail gun....

I have had the finish nailer for approximately a month and have shot approximately 500 nails with it. I have had zero misfires and only 2-3 not fully set . Overall a very nice finish nailer. a little bit on the heavy side. I am still getting used to the depth adjustment I have turned it all the way clockwise and clockwise and there hasn't really been any change in depth. I would definitely recommend this nailer it's hard to beat the warranty on the nailer and the battery.

I would not recommend buying this tool. The Ridgid warranty process is so cumbersome. I have over 20 Ridgid tools and every time i register, i regret having bought the tool and counting on their warranty. If they wanted the consumer to actually go through with the warranty process and get what they paid for, they would simplify it. Also they would not deny the warranty if it was registered 1 day late.

Gun is a little heavy but very convenient.

Ridgid nailer is a great product, will make any job easier. Batteries last, Also have drill motor, easy work, use same batteries.

Very inconsistent driving short nails. Some would go way to deep and some would be sticking out as much as a 1/4". That was AFTER making the recommended adjustments to the Air Power setting.

Worked fine installing 3/4" X 6" Baseboard.

Great Tool

Packaged very nicely and I have run one reem of nails through it and it's awesome. It's a little heavy but not to bad smooth. Love it
