The product was well packaged and arrived in good condition to my home. In fact, it was so well packed that you will need to have ample space to open the boxes and take off all of the packing. I utilized my entire front yard and it was quite a project to strip off all the tape and associated packaging. Be careful how you cut these tight bindings as you may cause damage yourself to frame cutting off the tape. Once they are unwrapped, the chairs are very comfortable, durable and look very attractive on the deck. We paired the chairs with a small one off table and it is a really nice set up on our deck. The chairs have been out already in the heavy Chicago rains and wipe off easily with a Windex wipe. They material drys quickly in the morning sun. Great value for the price and would highly recommend these chairs for mid point price buyer.

Nice lounge set... purchased at sale price, which was just under $500. I feel this price is appropriate. Durable, comfortable... let’s see how they hold up!

The product was great and Home Depot service was great. The only thing I'd say is that the chairs are a little deeper than my wife or I would like.

Well built but it doesn’t sit as comfortably as we hoped

Comfortable chairs but get a few pillows for more upright seating for "chatting" and enjoying that beverage. Also these chairs are wide so check dimensions of any doors they must pass through. The come in a big box that takes some muscle to unwrap but almost all of the clever packaging is recyclable. Good value too.

Very uncomfortable

These chairs met all of my expectations. They arrived in extensive wrapping that totally protected them in transit. Very good buy.

We use lots of gravel for our seat- ing areas. Love the solid metal on the bottom. Doesn't sink into ground. Just love how they look and the comfort. Great buy!!

Very nice looking comfortable chairs!

These chairs are wide and deep, perfect for me at 6' tall and long thighs.

Durable, looks great, and comfortable. I added black and white striped accent pillows. One of the chair legs arrived bent due to fork lift damage but no problem. I took photos and sent to RST Team and my new frame is on the way.

The paint on it scratches easy and there is no repair kit. The seats are deep so if your short you’ll need to use the foot stool. The price is great.

Chairs and ottomans came in one box. No way could all four pieces be in that one box. It was like clowns in the little car. Amazing. No scratches or dents. The chairs are sturdy but light and easy to move.They look nice and are very comfortable. They are a real bargain.

These chairs look great and seem sturdy, but they simply are not comfortable. The backs are positioned too far back, thus requiring a pillow if you want to be sitting up enough to chat with others. The seat's front edge cuts into the back of my leg and seems to be designed for a very tall person. This opinion is from two different people: one male and young and me, female and much older.

Well packed without a scratch. Very Comfortable seating.

The chairs are nice looking but the seat is very long and now I need to buy two cushions for the back so I can seat more straight rather than leaning back too far. Also, one of the chairs had a small cut on the seat, on the side about 1/8 of an inch. If I have to return it for an exchange I no longer have the box in which they came in. If there was a store in Miami I could bring it for an exchange.

This fits our needs perfectly. And the chairs are very comfortable and well made.

These chairs and ottomans are very comfortable, well made, and look lovely. The seat is wider than a usual chair which makes it very comfortable but the chairs are wider than I expected. Great value. I hope they weather well.
