So, I used old parts to replace new ones, that did not serve my needs in effective way. Very thankful that I could use old table stand and it was a right fit. I like the rip fence in old model better because it is flat from both sides and that will make my job easier on any side of the table. I don't like a new switch power; these 2 buttons are not comparable with one easy handle in old model. But all in all, I hope this new model will make me as happy as old one used to do, so 5 stars!

Got this little table saw as a Christmas gift to work on some project and I love it! It’s my first table saw and for what I use it for it works great. I’ve ripped numerous 2x4 and pressure treated pickets to numerous sizes and no issues.

Blade was 90 degrees out of the box and the bevel needed no adjustment. I'm looking forward to using this saw for future small projects.

I need a portable saw for projects I do for my family members that live hours away and this portable saw fits nicely in my SUV. I am able to cut plywood and 2x4's and larger. It does everything I need it to do. Perfect for the casual do-it-yourselfer.

Got this table saw for fathers day to replace a 10" delta. Initially I was thinking that it would be less if a table saw being only 8 1/4" but the beast has power, even built a crosscut sled which improved the usability of the machine. Highlights include the fact all the tools stay with the machine including the push stick, the adjustment for accuracy with the fence needed only a minimal change to be on point, not disappointed at all

Works like a charm.

Hard to adjust the blade height. Not sure if this metal part causing the adjustment issue. The fence has to be carefully set with a square. The miter gauge is loose and it could be hard to make precise cuts.

Great table saw for the price. Only found an issue with the part on the photo. It is hard to set up the table saw blade. Not sure that this metal part is looking right.

Light weight and easy to use. Just what I needed to cut vinyl floor planks.

Wallet friendly price that’s for sure but it depends on what you’re using it for. The top layout is open for its size. It does the job BUT.. If your a hardcore wood worker or someone who uses a table saw almost daily, this won’t work for you. It’s a push button that will eventually go out and also the rip fence needs double checking after a few uses. Also if you’re a dewalt guy or any other name brand guy, you’d wish you’d get something by other than Ryobi. They just don’t really compare. If you’re just an average homeowner (like myself) who just needs one around to do simple cutting or ripping, this would be ideal. Simply put, Ryobi is for casual homeowners and small work. Not for real construction workers or hard labor use.

I needed a quality table saw and needed it to fit in a tight storage space. The price point helped in my decision. Very light unit- easy to pick up and move. The brake function was an added bonus.

I wanted a table saw to build some tongue in groove doors. This little saw did the job! I was able to do cross cuts and ripping cuts with ease. I built a little table to get it off the floor and it worked well.

This saw is better than I expected. It is a little powerhouse.

As a new woodworker looking for a budget saw really wish I had spent more money on my first table saw. The rip fence does not stay secure when making rip cuts which causes the wood to bind. The riving knife refuses to align correctly despite the hours I spend trying to adjust it which ALSO causes the piece to bind. And as I was attempting to check over the table saw I found out that the table saw top is not level. There are several bumps along the front of the table and the entire surface to the right of the miter slot is off. It is hard to find 8 1/4 inch blades as well. I throughly regret this purchase and unfortunately it will be awhile before I can afford to buy a better one.

I have not used it yet...looks good. Good size for now. It's my first one. I'm making a work table first so I can place it or attach it. I will post another review when completed. I have read some of the reviews and wanted to share something. Picture attached. Hope he sees this so maybe he can correct me if I'm wrong. Or maybe you Home Depot can also provide some input. Cody- I don't believe the fence measurement is correct. Shouldn't you take in consideration the thickness of the saw blade? It is 1/8 thick...the fence measurement is correct....right?

I had a ridgid 10" portable saw that was great, but it was heavy and cumbersome. I wanted a smaller lighter saw as it would do all that i would need. the other brands are twice the price. i was checking the box stores and online a few months ago with no luck finding what i wanted at a decent price. then the other day i was in home depot and saw this one. just what i wanted at a good price. the only con i see is that the RIP fence is true when on the right side of the table but the scale is off 1/16" off when the RIP fence is on the left side. i can fix this with a adheshive fishing rod measuring tape. plus the wrench holder space is not wide enough to hold the wrenches on the frame. no big deal, but still not how it should be.

I was going to make a shoji screen for a statement wall and wanted it to be easy. I was able to make a nice sturdy frame, glue on the paper and then using the table saw made strips that I then stained and waxed to make the little windows. It came out nice!

Used it to cut wall board in my gust room. The saw worked really well.

One minor thing. The guide bar doesn't clamp in straight. But an easy fix with a tape measure or a good eye.Once clamped in it holds tight. Great product for the price. Perfect for small home projects. Exactly what I wanted.

Needed to rip some stair risers and boards when I replaced my steps. I am not a heavy user so this fit my needs quite well.

Awesome power ; great for home projects !! Will be using it for many many years

I have not used this to cut with yet. However I did want to take the opportunity to share photos to anyone purchasing. I was able to finally get the blade square with the table however it will never be able to be on zero. This is a cheap table so I suppose I should of expected it but I did not expect that out of the box. Just beware if you purchase you will have to alter the squareness of it and the gauge will be useless. Also the fence is an 1/8 of an inch off so the measurement for the fence will be useless too. For what I'm doing I'll just use my tape for each time I move the fence.

Has worked perfectly so far. Sped up the job we are working on with cutting long planks. Great saw for the price. Easier to use if you have it elevated

It did the job, some sort of bolt fell off it and I can't for the life of me find where it came from.

I tried it out for the first time today since buying it at home depot . I ran 1/4" plywood through it. The blade would feed, then bind up and not feed, then feed again on all 4 sheets. My old delta would just feed the whole time. I'm not sure if it's the blade or motor. Otherwise a good machine.
