The battery doesnt last as long as i expected. It only lasts about an hour

The plastic water bag is not good . It’s hard to fill and cheap, a better method would be to use some kind of hard plastic container.

Down to the facts... 1. Run time on one battery at 1000 psi...12 minutes. 2. Run time on one battery at 1500 psi...8 minutes. 3. Run time on both batts simultaneously...NA...can only run on one batt at a time. 4. Thermal overload and battery shutoff...happened on an 85 degree day with PW on sidewalk in sun...batt shut off about halfway through already short run cycle, we're talking 4-5-6 minutes, then had to let batt cool down indoors for hour and then it discharged another 4-5-6 minutes. Fan of batt protection, but not a this short run time on already short run time. 5. Cleaned about 40 SF of concrete driveway on one batt, either 1000 psi or 1500 psi, doesnt matter. I know this is not meant to clean large driveways, just thought I would share some numbers. 6. Batt recharge time with included charger...3.5 hours! Yikes! Not cool. Respectable, but could be better. Quality, as with most Ryobi products decent when new, but below average with any amount of use or time.

Absolutely love this product. I was a little skeptical and thought it was overpriced, and I still think it is but I would recommend purchasing this product. It fits the need perfectly, I'm able to wash my back deck, front deck, walk ways and almost all of my driveway before it runs out of battery life. Just enough power to get the job done.

Maybe 15min runtime, I didn’t have time to return it before vacation now I’m stuck with this pile of garbage

Bought this clean our customer buckets on route, saved us the need to purchase a generator to run a power washer, battery last all day (only use it for cleaning out 90-120 5 gallon buckets over a 6-8 hour day.

I would give it an excellent rating but the battery life is poor. Fortunately I own other Ryobi 40 volt products & have plenty of batteries. Other than that it’s very convenient to own & use!

The water holding system is poor. The batteries don't last as long as I want, but can still wash two motorcycles.

Compact and portable. Easy to use and well built. Very quiet unit with good cleaning power along with nozzle options for various surfaces. Lasts over 1hr from full charge. Also comes with a portable water bag for remote cleaning. I would recommend getting a 2 or 3 station charger if you don’t already have a 40V system. Only comes with one charger so you have to switch out batteries when one is done. Other than that it’s great.

It needs a little more power. And it is a little too heavy for my liking.

I’m pleasantly surprised how well it does. I was on the fence to get the 18 volt they offer, and I’m glad I got the 40 volt. I use for swimming pool service and some customers water pressure is very low. And this thing gets it done. It’s easy to haul and lightweight.

Does last for long time on 2 battery s but it is very portable

Easy to put together, delivery was quick and intact, does an amazing good on all our outdoor surfaces, battery has good life if you have huge property get additional batteries and the faster charger

I had purchased last year a Ryobi lawn mower which I was extremely happy with. I decided to add the pressure washer which was a mistake. after 45 days the switch has failed the only way to turn off the unit is to remove the battery. the light is out on the power switch. Ryobi directed me to a repair shop in my area which said it will be at least 4 weeks before they will even look at it. so by the time I get it back half the summer will be gone what a useless purchase this was as I don't need a pressure washer in the winter. contacting Ryobi customer care was a joke they basically said oh well that's how long it takes I guess. steer clear of this very expensive temperamental junk box and buy you a cheap one and throw it away when it breaks.

As with all Ryobi tools.form, fit, function is excellent, the battery run time could be longer. Used with the 12” surface cleaner, it cut through the dirt buildup quickly.

Does what I want it to do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made the mistake of buying a pressure washer based on price; big mistake it worked twice and died. Replaced it with a Ryobi pressure and I'm delighted with the performance. I have an extensive pool lanai and this product makes keeping it clean as easy as it's going to get. Great product, love my Ryobi drill as well.
