Best price for this battery that I have found.

Purchased a few months ago. Works on expandable trimmer, blower head, but just found out that it doesn't fit my chain saw. And now it's past the return date. Thought all batteries were compatible across the specific group (40Volt/18Volt) Should really alert customers when that isn't the case

The Battery life is great. For my yard. .89 acres. This second battery allows me to complete the front and back yard without stopping for recharge time.

I have fully converted all of my outdoor tools to Ryobi. From trimmers, to blowers, to chainsaws, to other hand tools, I have everything set up to run on Ryobi batteries. The problem is, I am never sure when one of them is going to decide to quit working. I started out with three of these 40V lithium batteries. Two went bad within the warranty. I was sent replacements. Now, one of those is bad. It is now very difficult to request a warranty replacement from the Ryobi website.

It's slightly longer than the original battery so I was hoping I didn't order the wrong one. It lasted quite a while longer than the original battery that came with the lawnmower.

It works well enough but…The battery is larger than the older models and my lawnmower battery compartment will not close all the way. It also doesn’t seem to hold a charge like the older batteries did.

I needed a replacement battery and am glad I bought at a great price. Ryobi has not failed me yet.

Great battery, but felt I needed a 6ah instead. Had to return and ordered a 6ah.

Already had 2 and needed more to complete yard work

My 40 volt 4ah battery only last about 15 min on full charge after about 21/2 years of use. Not really used a lot.

Good run time. Form factor a little different from the older generation: cover on my several year old mower won't quite close over these, but that's not a big deal for me. Work well in the chainsaw and trimmer.

Product is good and suits my purpose. I’m happy to be able to use my RYOBI products again.
