Rolling up uneven
Beautiful but I've had an issue for the 2nd time rolling uneven. 1st time was within the warranty, I contacted the blind manufacturer. They sent me 2 new ones! I was very happy. Thirteen months later had the same issue with one of the replacements! Good thing I saved the other old "good" blind. It's odd they gradually start to roll up uneven then go completely off. I reached out to the manufacturer again, I wonder if it's a known defect? I really like them but I feel like I'm living on borrowed time with them.

Nice looking, installation was ok, but shades are hard to pull down. Need to pull firmly with two hands. Not sure I will be purchasing these for other rooms. Disappointing as they look nice.

I have these through out most of my homes windows. Ordered the last set I needed of 21.5" . Worst of ny I hae ever ordered. Poorly cut, less the 21" not sure why they are even 21.5" to begin with. Of the 2 ordered. Either pulls down evenly. Returned.
