I would highly recommend this sauna as part of your wellness program. Our sauna was delivered on time as scheduled. Make sure you have someone to help you bring boxes in to where you are going to set it up. They are very heavy. Next, it is helpful to download the manual ahead of units arrival, to get familiar with how to assemble sauna. Third, lay out all parts and take inventory to make sure everything is there and in good condition. Follow instructions, they are easy to read and was a great help. Having a power screwdriver set can make your task a lot easier when assembling unit. I put much of it together myself but, you will need another person or two for installing top of sauna. It took about 4-6 hours to assemble. We have used the sauna at least 5 times in last two weeks. It works great.

Sauna arrived with many broken pieces. Siding on the top panel was cracked. Top panel had a large staple sticking out into the interior. All four back rests had slats missing or not completely nailed (stapled). Siding on right side panel had a large crack -- it appears that the hinge screw was over-tightened and split the wood. Back panel had a large 1/4 inch gap between two slats. I've contacted Home Depot and arranged for a return. Please note that the Home Depot customer service representative was very helpful in arranging a pickup.

Souna works as expected so I'm happy with that. But it can't be assembled in the corner so after it was assembled and moved to the corner it made pretty agley scratches in my laminate floor. Pay attention to the back side of the base so nothing metal would stick out. Otherwise, my wife and my self we love it.

We've had this unit set up for about a week and a half and so far we are loving it. The assembly was fairly easy and quick (as long as you have two people). In addition to it's great size, we love the layout including a the glass door and side glass panels. The lighting is a plus, both inside and outside as well as the color changing options on the interior. As someone recently diagnosed with Lyme Disease, the infrared technology in this sauna is a must when looking to detox. In fact, our entire family is enjoying the benefits of this sauna. We would highly recommend this product.

We love this Sauna, it is perfect for what we were looking for! Assembly was not bad at all, my husband and I put it together in a little over an hour. Was not expecting such a great sound system on the unit, but it is very good. You can get 4 people in it but it is tight but it is usually just us two so we have plenty of room. We are very happy with this purchase and looking forward to getting in this when the cold weather comes.

speakers don't sound, trim from glass door broke, i'm be calling 800 number no respond leave a massage never return call, overall the sauna is good i enjoy it, is perfect for 3 people, perfect size doesn't take the much room

Easy to assemble but packages are heavy & the 4 person is more for 3 adults!

My teenage son has acne and this sauna has been great for his skin. I have lost 3 pounds of fat each week. Love it!It was easy to install by my husband by himself, except I was needed to help him with the glass door and roof. No way a 4 person sauna, but my 6’3 son and I are comfortable.

Very easy to assemble.i would say that three people would fit more comfortably than 4 people. The radio is a nice addition. very happy with this purchase.

We have only used the sauna a few times, but it is very good! We opted not to use any of the accessories; ie: cup holders, magazine rack, & back rests, which allows more space. We bought outdoor seat cushions that can 'sit upright' or 'lay flat' for lounging, and pillows that give more comfort. It went together relatively easily and took 2 of us about 6 hours. It would be MOST helpful if the packages were marked stating their contents; ie: *FLOOR/*LEFT WALL/*RIGHT WALL, etc.. We love it!!

Works great assembly easy not a super tight fit so I installed 1/4foam backing strip in wall seams works good an know messy caulk color lighting cool heated floor radio all nice relaxing features cost a little high but if u have health issues this will help u feel much better works for us

Easy to assemble and works great! Requires 2 people to assemble but panels aren't heavy. Room for 3 people max, comfortable for 2. My wife an I use it every day. Reasons for only 4 stars, size-should be advertised as a 2-3 person sauna and 140 degree limit. We would like it a little hotter. Great product though and would buy again.

I Love my Radiant Sauna!. At first, I was intimidated by the pieces and was looking for someone to install it. I finally decided to have a friend help me and it was a piece of cake. I really enjoyed putting the pieces together and was appaulled at how simple it was. You gave very clear instructions. Love Everything! I look forward to enjoying this investment. Yvonne Jones

Easy to assemble, looks very nice and works well. Comes with a nice radio. Enough room for two people don't think it would have enough room for four

Overall, it is a nice sauna with good features. Inside and outside lighting that you can adjust the angles, color therapy lighting is comforting, and the am/fm cd radio with MP3 input works fine with pretty good sound. We've used it every day for the last month and everything seems to be working as expected. It takes about 15 minutes to break 120 degrees and having inside and outside time/temp/lighting control makes it easy to use. It's usually just 2 of us in there and we have plenty of room but I don't know if 4 would be comfortable. It took about 90 minutes to put together by myself with the directions and a little common sense. One helpful tip: when trying to lock the buckles that hold the panels together, bang repeatedly on the panel with an open hand and the vibration will help align them. This is part of the reason for the 3 star review. The panel buckles do not line up perfectly which is why the banging is needed. The holes for the wiring look like they were made with a jigsaw instead of a holesaw which would have made them perfectly round and neater. The magazine rack is to narrow for most magazines and the cup holders are a little on the weak side. Lastly, the inside had some splinters from either imperfections or rough sawn wood and will need to be sanded unless you like splinters in hard to reach places.

Easy to assemble one person can do everything but ceiling panel. Do need a 20 amp dedicated plug.

Sauna assembled in about 2 hours. Does require it's own electrical circuit and special receptical (wall plug). Simple instructions and no surprises during installation.
