The mantle was exactly what we wanted in style and size. However it was poorly painted (see pics). We didn’t realize that there would be a heating element in the centre of the unit which made it look cheap and definitely unauthentic. The fire itself doesnt look realistic. Lastly, it wouldn’t heat up a 350 foot unit. After time spent unpacking this heavy unit and putting it together, we’ve had to return it.

This FP is the bomb! Arrived promptly and completely intact. My college aged son and a friend put it together without an issue. Fired right up. Amazingly real looking. So many different options for flame 🔥 control. Even when you turn it off the embers slowly dim until it goes off. I’m going to be purchasing more of these!

It looks great but is hard to assemble as the directions did not have any writing, only pictures.The Flame is as advertised and looks realistic. Put out a good amount of Heat as well.

I absolutely love this fireplace. It’s exactly how described. I had one issue with the top being cracked, and they immediately gave me a new top. If you were hesitating on buying this fireplace as I was, I would say buy it. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll see if I can add a photo. OK, I don’t see that I’m able to add a photo. Sorry.

Extremely happy with the quality and the logs / flame surpassed my expectations

Well made. Worth the price. Gave just the look we were looking to achieve in our living room. My only suggestion would be to include better screws to attached the firebox supports to the fireplace. The ones included are made of aluminum. We swapped them out for heavy duty screws.

I love this fireplace! I did a lot of research on electric fireplaces before purchasing this one from Home Depot. I really wanted this one because it has the larger firebox, making it look more realistic, but also significantly increasing the cost. But I'm so glad I went for it! It is very well made, very sturdy and easy to put together (my son and I put it together in about an hour or so). It gives off so much heat, it warms up my entire first floor (small condo) so that I don't even need to have the furnace going! Highly recommend!

Last winter, I used this as my only heat source in my 700 sq.ft. 55+ condo. No nose bleeding and all around healthier feel. I can't say enough about how much I love this fireplace. It also looks Great and adds a touch of class to my home.

This is a lovely addition to our living room. I read the reviews before I purchased it. I seen people upset that they couldn't put their wide screen TVs on top of it because the " experts said it would make the fireplace top heavy and the TV would topple over... I don't understand that? I secured mine to the wall and can put whatever I want on top of the fireplace.

We are really impressed with the quality of the materials and fireplace. Highly recommend!

Exactly how pictured. We are very happy with its performance (we live in a warm climate so won’t be using the heating much, but the flame and logs look great) and overall appearance in our dining area).

I love the fireplace. It fits perfectly under my mounted tv and was very easy to assemble. I couldn’t be happier with it. I know once the winter months hit it will be all worth it.

When i was on the fence about this purchase i searched high and low for reviews but there wasn’t many due to it being new i suppose so i wanted to be helpful and leave one. It is better than i imagined, easy to put together, looks classy not cheap. Highly recommended !

Wonderful piece. Came carefully packaged. Works really well in our living room despite the 20' ceiling!
