Easy to assemble. Cuts well. Balance is heavy to the saw end when cutting with pole extended. Other than that I will use this tool over and over again as a pole saw and chainsaw.

Easy to assemble, works as designed, and cuts clean and smooth. The flexibility of using with or without the pole is a good feature.

I would not recommend this product because I used it once and it broke. I did contact your company and told me to have it looked at but the person I spoke to said at least 5 to 6 weeks before he get to and I have to drop it of which is 1.5 hours away.

Really good quality, great price...works fantastic...we trimmed a very large 68 year old tree of dead and low hanging branches which included some pretty good size branches...worked fantastic and now I get a breeze and the amount of sunlight I needed on my front lawn and my roof is now safe!

Long time yard worker, first time chain saw user... I just bought a new house and there are tons of trees. This saw is a great combo for DIY home tree trimming so you can reach those high branches and then once cut, you can easily trim cut them into smaller pieces. Seemed like a perfect fit! I used the saw for about 4 hours, and made about 200-300 cuts including dozens of cuts on larger limbs(6"+). No sign of the chain dulling yet! Pros: - very light when in hand held mode.I felt comfortable cutting smaller limbs with one hand even(though not recommended!) - Powerful enough to cut all the limbs I through at it - Easy to tension the chain - Very good instruction manual - Easy to put on to the pole - no tools required Cons: - A bit difficult to use while on the pole as it's pretty heavy on the end, not bad if you can rest it on top of the limb, but for any other case, good luck! - Must press oiler button frequently to get more oil on the bar/chain - Mostly plastic housing etc; worried it won't last super long Other Notes: - Chain tension quickly needs to be tightened after first dozen cuts or so; this is just due to breaking in the chain and is noted in the manual. Wish I had a picture of the massive piles of limbs this thing cut! Best of luck!

Excellent product with plenty of power. Works great as both a pole saw and as a normal chain saw. At first I thought the weak point might be where the saw mounts to the pole since it is plastic. After opening the box and inspecting it, this part is much sturdier than I anticipated. Didn't hurt that it was also cheaper than others I looked at that were pole saws only and 8" instead of 10" like this one. Probably not something to use commercially but great for me as a home owner.

The saw is very sturdily built, seems well-designed. I think the pole can be put to multi-uses in my application: clearing a path and firewood for RV camping. Reviews citing its unbalance need to be taken in context: its s chainsaw on a stick; yes, its going to be heavy on one end.

I love this electric pole saw! I ordered it for myself because my husband's gas chainsaw was too heavy for me. It has far exceeded my expectations!

This pole saw is perfect. We love that it is so easy to use and light weight as a chainsaw or a pole saw. Trimming our Oak trees has never been so easy. The upkeep on an electric chainsaw/ pole saw is so much less than that of a gas powered version, especially if you do not intend to use it daily.

Product is very top heavy when used on the pole.

This chainsaw is great. It is easy to handle and cuts great. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice electric 2 in 1 pole chainsaw.

Easy to assemble but to heavy when extended for a retired person the little chain saw works fine put little more than a toy.

This pole saw gets the job done. Mechanically it works great and is made very well. However, there are two gotcha factors that I did not foresee until I used it. 1) The pole saw can split and be used as just a hand saw which means it has added weight. If just using the saw by itself then the weight won’t be noticed. However, with the telescopic pole fully extended and the user grabbing from the other end, this saw is heavy. If doing a ~30 min job or more with the pole fully extended...it will be a difficult job. 2) The saw has a handle (obviously) when used alone. However, when using on the telescopic pole this handle extends on one side of the saw causing two issues. One, it will block visibility when cutting smaller branches. Second, if it’s a dense tree you will find the handle area gets trapped more often than you like. Overall summary: if you are planning to mostly use the pole saw feature then this is probably will not be my first pick choice.

Works as advertised...well built......good for cutting branches 6" in diameter or less.

The saw performs as expected and i have trimmed 2 trees using it. The only downside is the weight of the saw at the end of the pole. Somewhat expected, but it does make it more difficult. It would be better and safer if it came with some kind shoulder harness to help support the pole.

Much better than doing it with a manual pull saw. The remington did the work in one tenth of the time. save a lot of back braking work well worth the money.

Was easy to assemble. Could use a plastic blade protector.

The saw works great. However, it leaks a lot of oil and is quite heavy when fully extended.

Excellent limb saw and hand held chain saw that goes beyond my expectations! It cuts very aggressively and is easy to use. It only takes a couple of minutes to change from pole saw to hand held. I would recommend this for most any small to medium job around the home.
