I ordered this ceiling fan/lamp from home and picked up at another store. Ordered went thru Ok. Some concerns with this lamp/band: instruction very poorly written. I have installed several fans/lamps so I was able to determine correct installation. In addition, the lamp uses 3 small light bulbs that were not included, so I had to buy. Will order again from Home Depot but not this brand of lamp/fan.

Very disappointed..paid almost three hundred dpllars for a very small fan. Tiffany glass cover is very small.. Would not recommend

Don't expect the remote to work, i even called the manufacturer to get a replacement receiver for the remote and had the same problem with the replacement. Fan works fine but the remote does not turn on the lights. After pulling the fan down and putting it back up 5 time to troubleshoot i gave up on the remote.

I was hesitant to buy this product after reading other River of Goods reviews. I have to say, I am glad I followed my own instincts and bought it. I did not feel this was any more difficult to put together than any other ceiling fan.
