Pretty sturdy for third grade textbooks. I would not recommend for heavy loads.

Was looking for a small inexpensive rolling backpack to carry my gym equipment (weights, shoes, water). It needed some pockets, would not too heavy and would be easy to store in/ remove from my trunk. This fit the bill. I hadn’t realized Home Depot sold this product and at the best price.

Lots of space. Makes a little noise when rolling. Straps get caught up in the wheels so you might have to cut them off. Overall it does the job and great price.

Something is wrong with the roller after first use

It is just what I needed so I don’t have to carry my books and laptop.

Seems like good quality, but the side pocket for water bottle ripped in the first week of use, and also, when it's full of school stuff it can't stay upright. Just falls over every time. It does seem to have a good strong bottom, which is important. And at a good price.

Happy so, far. Will need to see how it holds up after a few weeks of use.

Wheels came apart under load, had to fix. Shoulder straps for middle school guys. Traveling with it tho I had to make several mods. Expensive duty this bag.

Yes it was bought as a gift for a friend who has trouble with her shoulder when carring heavy items so this is working perfect for her.

It serves it's purpose and saves my back. I really like it and it was an easy transaction.

There is one flaw in this product, and that is that the wheels are too narrowly spaced. That makes the cart tip over often, and I have to right it. I am very careful about what I roll over and how fast I pull it. I would be able to pull it without so much thought and care if the base were wider.
