I have read the reviews and see that rust looks like a big issue with this model. I'm hoping that since I do metal work, that I will be able to deal with all of that. I have spent as much as $2500.00 on a grill that I thought would be my last one, but it lasted about 7 years before I just didn't feel like making parts for it anymore. Most grills last about 5 years. I just got 6 years out of a $299.00 Charbroil grill. I had to refinish the stainless lid, (rust), and make new sear plates so once the burn tubes rotted out, I bought this. The main reason for posting this, is I was tired of dealing with the gaps in grills that allow rodents to get into it. I put some stainless screens in places and made covers for where the rotisserie rods would go. Maybe this will help others who have had this issue. As for the grill itself: Very easy to assemble and I like how the screws, nuts and washers are packaged. Very organized. It took about 2 hours to fully assemble it at a leisurely pace.

It's a nice grill! The only thing I wish was a little better, is the charcoal pan, it has an adjustment to raise or lower the coals, but its total adjustment is asteroid an inch to two inches. I wish it was a little more. But with practice it's a great grill!

Easy to assemble and it looks great. It's really heavy! Make sure you buy a cover as it does not come with one. I gave this 5 stars even though it was missing the warming rack. Hoping I can get one from the company.

Looks expensive. Should serve our grilling needs for many years to come. Bought for duel compartments. Will enjoy charcoal and flavored wood cooking!

This is my first combo grill and I love it. The assembly and directions went good. It does take some time to put together but nothing a few tools and beverage of your choice can't handle. I definitely recommend if you are looking to have both a gas and charcoal grill.

After under 2 years, the whole gas side burner, trays, and grease catcher is completely rusted out. Contacted their customer service for parts and was told it would be just as much as buying the whole grill again. $350 for something that lasts under two years and no replacement parts.

Arrived quickly and it’s a great grill!!

I bought a combo Royal Gourmet grill at Home Depot, after a couple of months I started to notice rust all over the grill, now after 14 months all the burners, burner covers, pans, and back is completely out of service thanks to the rusted they are. By the way my grill is under a Florida Room, I am not near the sea so there is not a reason for this, only a terrible quality. Today I tried to contact the customer service and buy new burners and covers from them and they replied me that they don’t sell parts, they only can replace them within the one year warranty. So this grill is useful just for one year, careful!! After this you will not have any way to repair or take care of your grill!

Finding this the perfect appliance for my needs

Very convenient grill, and the style of it is very sleek. I love the stainless steel cabinets.

Started to show rust around the edges on top after one week. I admit I didn't have the cover on it 100% of the time but still...just 1 week and there's rust starting, ugh. One other complaint, I cut myself on the tray that slides out so you can clean it. The sides are really sharp. The grill works fine otherwise. Enjoying the options of charcoal or gas.

It is a nice gas/charcoal combo grill. Perfect for what we want. What was not good was the assembly. It said 40 minutes in our instructions and took over 4 hours. Some of the instructions are not clear enough. We made mistakes due to that and had to redo certain steps. Once together it is a nice looking barbecue and works well.
