I drink a lot of water and I drink from a big cup the cooler is so small on the table top model that it only fills maybe 12 oz of cold water which doesn't work for me as I fill up my 64 oz cup so I had to return it

The first one I ordered, the water wasn't always cold while the hot water was always streaming hot , so I took it back & got another one, the 2nd one produced the same results. I kept them both for over 24 hrs. because I had to let it stand for 24 hrs., I kept the 2nd one longer cause I liked the idea of having one in my apt.& I was really hoping that I'll get the cold as good as I was getting the hot, but no such luck. Sorry, I didn't have any success with either, maybe somebody else will.
