The extender doesn’t keep handle in place. When trying to mop, it folds over. Very frustrating!

This is great at getting under furniture, no bending down. The only thing I don't like about the "elbow"- it could scratch the floor so you have to keep it above the floor which is hard to do.

I bought this product a few months back and was inlove with it as it was lightweight and easy to maneuver, however the problem started when I decided to wash the dust pad and it unravel in the washer and turns out rubbermaid designed this product as a single-use product as the dust pads are nowhere to be purchased separately, not even on they're website.

This is my second one - after the hinge broke on the first one after some years use. They are way faster than a robot vacuum on hard floors, and more effective. They are the only mop I can find that allows you to dust under beds and other furniture without the user bending or getting down on the floor. The mop head is completely washable, dryable and reusable, so there is no contributing endless dollars to someone else's pocket or throwaway sheets into the environment. You get real bang for your buck. Yes, they could make the hinge stronger - or at least repairable, but at this price?

Picked up dust very well, but after washing it didn't come out very clean.

There is no high adjustment

The pad is too thin. I prefer the Quickie mop , there is more too it.

Previous reviewers were correct in pointing out the flawed handle---It refuses to catch at any of the holes. I managed to get it to stick in one spot (probably a temporary fix) by adding a couple of layers of electrical tape to the preferred hole. Other than that, I like the mop head, though it seems to push dog hair around, rather than holding onto it. So, I push all the dog hair to one spot and then gather it up with a whisk broom and dustpan.

Just what I was looking for to keep my floors clean and looking good. Great for dirt tracked in and dog hair. Easy to use and easy to wash afterwards.

Exactly what I needed. I just wish it would lock in at the bend or duster part where it won't swivel.

Glad I found this dustmop. I bought it exclusively for baseboard dusting. because of the easy flip up ends. It did not disappoint. Been searching for a head as I forgot I purchased this at HD. Have washed the head 3 times. Very convenient, changes in a snap. Wife is making a terry cloth mop for me for this mop. Have lots of cleaning tools and this is one of my favorites. As usual, Rubbermaid does not disappoint.

Good product! The flexible arm is a good feature to go under furniture without having to bend over. I also bought a refill mop head. Another great feature is that the mop head is washable.

There were 2 in the store, but I had to wait a month before I got my dust map. Now that service.

I’m not all that happy with this product because I have found when using it the whole thing falls off while using it!!
