Replaces 23 year old machine with many many hours of trouble free use…same Honda motor. Started on first pull and ran like a champ for eight straight hours Expect many years of reliable use

We're extremely unsatisfied and annoyed. We took a week off to pressure wash our deck to prepare for paint, ordered this pressure washer, which was not available in store. We noticed something weird with the tape on the box, but didn't pay much attention of it. However, the box was clearly opened and resealed, it was missing instructions, oil, nossle attachements and the wand. We re returning it ASAP. Now our plans are ruined because someone did not do their job properly.

Nice power. Needs a better hose

Most important is the Honda engine- those engineers really know what they are doing. The pump seems very well build also. The next level up will cost you $150.00 more but all you are really getting is a better pump. If you clean driveways for a living maybe that’s a good investment but of the typical homeowner, the bragging rights are worth the investment, in my opinion. All in all, this is a good machine.

Works very well for all types of jobs including concrete.

This is my second purchase. First one was about 2 months ago and pump did not work. Returned item and ordered another one. This one works good but a little hard to start. Time will tell.

Second time I used it the threads of the gun fused to the threads of the hose. It was not cross threaded and only hand tight. By the time I got them apart the first threr threads were sheared off the gun. Also the sticker and the molded arrow for the fuel shutoff point in opposite directions.

Used the power washer and it functions as it should. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and have used it for a total of 4 hours. The pressure is good but wish it had more than 2.5 gpm. It starts on first pull everytime so far.

Very impressed so far. Unit started on first pull out of the box. Lower profile makes storage easy. Nothing negative to say so far.

I looked around at lots of different models before deciding on this one. I have construction and farm equipment and needed the extra power and volume. Assembly was easy, the wheels are already attached. The machine starts easy for such a big motor, first or 2nd pull every time. Did a great job with 40 degree tip on caked up clay in skid steer tracks and backhoe stabilizers. Buying it online at Home Depot might have been the easiest pickup experience I ever had. Loaded with a small forklift right into my truck.

This pressure washer is a solid compact (easy to store) unit. The Honda GX200 engine and the triple A pump are awesome. I just felt it was worth the extra cost to get the better Honda engine and pump. Would highly recommend this Simpson pressure washer.

Never had a chance to use it as FedEx never delivered it . Very poor experience with Home Depot using FedEx.

Instructions said to put choke at 1/3 before starting. Choke wouldn’t move. Afraid of breaking it, I called to learn that this model has a set choke. Aggravating. Is it that costly to print the correct instructions for each model. Sad!

Awesome power washer. great engine. powerful, well built. pump you can adjust pressure a huge +++++!!! rebuildable pump and a way to change oil too. a great product.

Very Nice Machine. Starts easily and has plenty of power. Looking forward to year of usage with this product!
