Very Pleased! Works Great!

Running on a 4000 psi and does a great job.

Assembly Hardware not include . Check late on the reviews and see if call Simpsons takes another 2 weeks for delivery. Overhaul seems a good Tool.

This is a well built product (heavy Duty), but when opening the package we did notice that this had been previously been opened and the hardware was missing (assembly bolts). luckily we found some locally to finish assembly. I would still recommend this to anyone with a big area to clean.

Did not have bolts and nuts to assemble the handle to the cleaner. Also missing connector to the hose. Contacted Simpson and they shipped the items. After the unit was assembled it cleans very well. Would give 5 stars but missing hardware dropped it to 4.

I purchased this product a few months ago. It arrived with no instructions or parts to assemble. HD customer service was very helpful and got the company to send me what I needed. It worked great for the two times I used it. On the third time the arm would not spin. I called Simpson and was told there are no parts available for this unit. The agent said if it was the smaller one he could send me another but because it is the larger one he did not have any information on what to do. He seemed aware of the issues, he said he would call corporate and get back to me. I called again today and the person I spoke with suggested I contact HD, which I did and they are taking care of it for me. I have a Simpson pressure washer I purchased form HD and is works great, too bad Simpson dropped the ball with the rotary cleaner, do not buy!

This surface cleaner does everything but work good. There is no grease fitting in bearing for spray arm. Definite giveaway of non commercial use tool even knock off brands have these! In fact sometimes when I get to a customers house we have to manually spin the spray arm underneath or it’ll just spray water without spinning. Shouldn’t have to work on brand new equipment. Just to get it to operate. Sucks. The other problem is that you must pay attention to handle set up. They are long way too long, and are starlight not even bent like on other models. You will see what I mean instantly I’m trying to maneuver. It fatigues all workers that use it. Very awkward and uncomfortable. Lastly you better figure out a way to add weights as once it actually works it will not hover evenly one side is always higher resulting in bad cleaning results and striping. You must use your own arm strength to force it into the ground in order for it to work. Very irritating and tiring. Really wish I could return this concoction it really sucks sucks sucks honestly. If your reading this ad I’ll happily sell you mine to get it off my trailer I will never own Simpson again

Easy to assemble needs to have quick attach for hose to deck so you can disassemble easily

LIGHT WEIGHT, EASY TO USE, EXCELLENT.

Works great but due to the tremulous pressure hard to keep backend of disc down that’s why 4 vs 5. I’m going to tape some weight to back

Not a bad surface washer. Wheels/Casters would be great but might add unnecessary weight to it.

This surface cleaner is well made & makes my pressure washer much more productive for long driveways & sidewalks. I used for several hours with no problems. It was easy to assemble thanks to the easy instructions that were included. I would definitely buy any Simpson products again!

Works good, with my pressure washer 4200psi it’s hard to keep this disc on the ground

i got one finally delivered start to work with it same day , no grease point for the bearing ! not complete connection to the surface , when you push it in front off the back side slightly lift up so only way drug it , very bad quality !!!

It does a great job on cleaning concrete and easy to move around and control

Work's perfect with the Simpson Aluminum Series 3400 PSI pump. Recommend the 3/8 hose

This surface cleaner does a wonderful. It cuts my job in half on concrete cleaning.

Easy to handle, BUILT solid and HIGHLY recommended! Cut cleaning time over half from traditional turbo nozzles etc
