Installed this portable air conditioner/heater to regulate the temps in my new sewing studio, this room is too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, the air flow reaches across the room and works fast! I love it!! Can't wait to get the room in order and start working! excellent product at an excellent price!

This product does not work efficiently. I have a space less that 300 sq. ft. that is cooled about 5 degrees less than the outside temperature. Outside is 99 today, the A/C has been running all night and it is 94 degrees. The heater doesn't work well either. We have a small space heater we use for this space that is much more efficient and cost a fraction of what this product did.

Excellent product would reccoment to others works great

It works well and pumps out a lot of cool air but the entire room doesn't get as cool as I wish it did. I think the reason is that the a/c only has one hose instead of two. Besides that it works great and has a bunch of features such as heat and a timer which i find very useful!

Not even close to cooling one room 250 sq foot,I tried blocking off bathroom ,still terrible

Awesome unit,easy to installed,took less than half hour

This is false advertised: the product is listed as:SPTSPT 9,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Heat and Dehumidifier there is no dehumidifier feature to this product. It is an ac and a heater. Yes, those functions do take water out of the environment but that is not the same as a dehumidifier. The big difference is the energy used. You can run a dehumidifier and not change the environment temperature using far less wattage. This would have been a very nice 3 in one combo but sadly it is only a ac and heater. Other than that the item seems to work pretty well.

The setup was easy as 123 so far no problem and the room is very cold.

did not work well at all,no cold air at all ,kicking out my breakers, .did have to go to 30 amp breaker, bought a Toshiba and it work better,with out a heater,not good for grow rooms

Doesn’t cool very well. Have it for a 36 sq ft dog kennel and barely keeps that at 72. Wouldn’t recommend. Haven’t been able to test it in the winter months for heat yet.

Works great,very portable and easy to use. Cools down well. Happy with the way it does the job.

It seems to be a good product....but I think we could have used more BTU unit for our size room.

Easy to use works well

Its inside a well insulated shipping container made into a tiny home and ,I cant get Temp below 78 degrees with AC on high left constantly running.Shipping container without AC stays at constant 86 degrees due to water misting system placed on roof.

works really well in our kids rooms - definitely worth buying our kids rooms are 10 x 12 and works perfect keeps it nice and cool or nice an warm. definitely would recommend it.

No too noisy water filled too quickly

This unit never did deliver any heat, & dehumidifier supposedly worked, even though shut off. Got message to empty tank ~ kind of difficult to do with a 12" tube ~ but, there was nothing in it. Been trying to get it returned to our local store, but iced in for a couple of weeks now. Taking today

This unit works great! It’s exactly what my wife And I we’re looking for. Keeps the lower area in the house at the temp we want. Perfect for us!!

Will be using in a bus conversion to camper. An E450 handicapped bus. Tested it to see if it would work with other electric pieces and it did. Cooled down to 75 degrees in about an hour. Will work for what I need. Did not try heater yet. For my money a good deal.

Got it for later use during winter months as I will have a use of my basement .Full use report will be evaluated . Currently not in use now

Works great.

Too noisy and ineffective (though my space may have been a bit larger than it was rated for). Poor design (rather than allowing a choice of heat or cool, chooses it based on temp; does not allow setting on/off at particular times - has up to 12 hour delay instead).
